I bought a new toilet through Lowes and was originally assigned American Home Services (AHS) after paying for installation. After 3 days with no luck trying to make an install appointment with AHS, I was assigned BSJ plumbing. On my 1st call to BSJ, I was given an appointment 6 days out! I also requested a call back if they had any cancellations. Sure enough, 2 days later BSJ called and stated they had a cancellation and could have someone come out shortly. Within 15 minutes, Bryce from BSJ was at my house! Bryce was meticulous in his work and did a fantastic job removing the old toilet and installing the new one in just over an hour. He was also personable and friendly answering all my questions and made sure his work area was clean when he finished. I highly recommend this company to install any of your home appliances. If Lowes assigns AHS to install your product, decline and insist on BSJ Plumbing and Appliance.

Brad came to the house on a Sunday morning and gave us a bid. He set up the install for the next Friday morning at 8:45. Brad showed up promptly, introduced us to Neil and Michael. Michael and Neil installed the equipment, were very knowledgeable regarding the equipment. Before they left they showed us why to use certain products, how to turn the equipment on and off. Answered questions. Great customer service! We are very impressed with BSJ Plumbing and would hire them again without hesitation.

So grateful for Roy Temple of this outstanding company! Developed a leak under the kitchen sink... on a Friday. Somehow Roy finished another job and arrived here at 3:30, diagnosed the issue and resolved it in less than an hour! Exemplary service with a smile! Roy is exceedingly respectful and professional. Was contracted through Lowe's to have them install a new shower pivot door at my home. Never was contacted and always had to make the outgoing calls to set up future appointment. The installer came out to do the measurement which was very fast and he was professional. Can't say the same for the office staff. I took time off work during the busy holiday season to have the door installed only to get a phone call from Tracey? Saying that the installer is in the hospital. Even though I was frustrated she did not want to feel any empathy towards my situation. When I asked if there was another installer or time we could set up the appointment (without my shower over a month) she stated the other guy is out and I would have to wait. I've never heard of a company that doesn't have readily available installers especially one that has a contract to install with Lowe's! When I asked if there are other companies available for install she hung up the phone on me mid sentence and called Lowe's and cancelled my appointment. Come to find out no other installer in the area does installs! Thanks for the lie! Luckily I was able to install it myself, but for those in need I would suggest checking out AZ extreme glass. Hope these guys lose there Lowe's install contract after the complaint!

We got in touch with BSJ by accident when we bought a microwave at Lowe's. When I found out a plumbing company was doing the install I had them look at a few plumbing issues that we thought would be minor. They were not. Neil came out and took a look and took the time to explain to us what was going wrong with each thing and options to fix it. He also came back to do the repairs. Each time, he called in advance and came on time. He takes pride in his work. And, he was also great with our big dog too. The company also made it really easy to make appointments. I hope we don't have any other big plumbing projects in our future, but if we did I wouldn't hesitate to call.

We have had a flabbergastingly insane experience with this company.
They are installers for Lowes who will not let you buy and install an oven until their outside installers measure and give an estimate. For over four weeks we have tried to get an estimate from them. I have made over 50 phone calls. FINALLY yesterday Lowes gave me an installation price, I paid for it and they said the company would call in a few days to set up a time for installation. Trying to make it happen sooner, I called them this morning. The woman was extremely rude, beyond rude, raging at me over the situation, and then told me the estimate is not right and they do not even have an estimate yet. FOUR WEEKS. Never, never, never use them.

I had a fantastic experience with BSJ Plumbing. After my disaster with using Plumbing & A/C Medic, I ended up buying a new toilet at Lowe's, another Kohler and paying for installation through Lowe's.

It was about $100 for the installation. Once we were able to get a scheduled time for install, Neil from BSJ was the plumber that came out. He's a small guy, but let me tell you, he did a fantastic job. We bought our other toilet about 2-3 yrs ago from Lowe's also and paid for installation. At that time they sent out 2 HUGE guys and it took them more than an hour to install the toilet.

This time, when I saw Neil, I thought, how are you going to do this all by yourself. I asked him if he was going to install the toilet and haul away the old one all by himself. He assured me he was well qualified to do this and that it was not a problem.

In LESS than an hour, he had taken out the old toilet and installed the new toilet and everything was working great. He even showed me that these new Kohler toilet's lids easily slides off for cleaning. The people that installed my other toilet never showed me that.

Neil was very professional, personable, courteous, efficient and he knew what he was doing. I had my doubts that this small, slender man could do it but I was totally wrong. He was well-qualified. The toilet has been installed for nearly 2 months now and we are clog free and it works great.

My husband and I purchased a dishwasher and microwave from Lowe's. The installer was Neil from BSJ plumbing and appliance. Neil showed up on time and was super friendly,helpful and did a great job installing both of the appliances. Also Neil was very careful when carrying the boxes out and in not to mess up my home and nick any walls. After Neil was done installing he cleaned up the area he worked in and gave us a preview of how the dishwasher worked. I loved dealing with Neil and only wish there were more professional people that provide services like that.
