...had an emergency leak causing damage. they scheduled me in quickly. immediately resolved the issue in a timeframe faster than i thought could be done. it wasn't cheap...and it shouldn't have been...but they explained every step of the process. i now have them stored in my contacts and likely only folk i will call for anything related to my plumbing.

Next, thinking about having them convert me to Tankless Water Heater, and circulation pumps for a couple of inside water locations that currently take too long for hot water to reach. Takes too long, and wastes water...BSI can fix this for me.

Amazing service. Most places will not do anything unless they give you a price first. But they got to working on finding out where the issue was. Only after they did, they explained they took care of it. They explained that the do not work on commission and their goal is to help us solve the issue. The did not try to sell me on services that were not needed or related and even recommended calling the city to see if some of the issue could also be resolved at no cost.
They showed up wearing masks and were very professional. I will not call anyone else from now on
