The work was done very well. It was prompt and timely. I would request this service again when my gutters needed cleaned again.
David G.Needed a quote on installing a generator transfer switch. He called and arrived when he said he would be. The problem is that while his quote was twice the other two quotes I got, which is his choice, of course, but then he included an additional 7% for state sales tax to his quote, which is not charged on labor in Indiana. He said he has been collecting it for years. While I am sure they do reasonable work, the fact that he tried to add an additional 7% to his profit line creates distrust. Buyer beware. Do not ever agree to pay sales tax on labor.
Kirstie C.Charles and his colleague showed up on time and ready to work. We didn't have all the material for the job so they gladly ran to Home Depot to grab the material we needed to do the job right. They replaced the window header trim/ board and let us know what other work would be done in the future given historical damage. They worked quickly and courteously and for the price, and not having to do it, they were awesome and will definitely hire them again in the future.
Jennifer ..Seemed like a nice guy. Was going to charge me more than two other repair companies I contacted. Then got weird and freaked out when I said I couldn't meet him in person to pay him. I had told him up front I didn't live local to the property and he originally said that was okay. Just know this guy expects to be paid in person as soon as the job is done.

They were very professional using shoe protectors, they explained exactly what needed to be done giving estimate/price before completion. They completed the job efficiently in a timely manner. Compared to other companies, their prices are super affordable. Will definitely call them again! 100% recommend their work.
