All I can say is THANK GOD FOE REVIEWS!! I appreciate y'all writing honest opinions about this company. I just placed a call for service via my home warranty and decided to do a look up on them before they call me. I am sorry that y'all have had to deal with the horrible experiences you have with this company...it's really sad that people are losing hard earned money over this nonsense. After reading the reviews, I cancelled my service call. I'm going through Home Advisor since I have good history with them...check it out before you dole it out!!!!

Worst!

I called the company for service. I told them to go there before 3pm or call me. They sent a text message at around 3pm telling me to clean work area and they would be there 3:30pm.

I then called them to reschedule service. They would charge $75 extra fee. How unreasonable. Upset, I found someone else to do the work.

Having read the many negative reviews of B's Plumbing, I was extremely concerned that the home warranty company had contracted the company to investigate and resolve the excessive water consumption in our single family home. I was contacted promptly by a very pleasant and friendly female employee who scheduled the visit. The day prior to the visit I received an email reminding me off the appointment and giving me the opportunity to cancel if I wished. I later received a call to confirm the appointment time was still suitable. The next day, the morning of the appointment, I received a text stating the plumber was en route with an ETA of 12:40. Exactly on time, Mr. B arrived in person and examined the meter reading paperwork. He suspected a faulty toilet installation, identified the problem and quickly resolved the issue. He explained various problems that could arise and showed me how to identify such a situation in future. Throughout his visit he was professional, courteous, friendly and wasted no time.
A householder for over 50 years who has experienced a variety of plumbing companies, I have no hesitation in recommending B's Plumbing and do hope potential customers are not put off by the many negative remarks posted on Yelp.

2-10 gave us this company first. Same as the other reviews AWFUL they never called us to make an appointment. We were then sent to CSA Plumbing which was a perfect company. So Ill tell you that we called 2-10 on 1/2 to get the appointment and they said we will get a response within 24 hours. Never did. We called 2-10 back they said the company made an appointment date for 1/4....great. 1/4 comes along and nothing so I called 2-10 back (they were beside themselves). I will explain that my mother is 79, sick, my father just passed away a few weeks prior, and then the water heater went bad. I called Bs several times and left messages to call me because it was becoming critical at my moms. Finally we were able to get into my fathers email and found they emailed my deceased father stating that the appointment was set for Friday, 1/2/18. We emailed back telling them not to use his email and to use mine and to call me on my cell. We also stated that the date they gave was incorrect and we needed them to come out. We waited and got absolutely nothing. On Friday, 1/5/18 those incensative asses emailed us back on my fathers email asking for the information again. We called 2-10 back and that is when they referred to CSA Plumbing. So all in all my 79 year old sick mother went an extra week without hot water and steam to help clear her lungs. I will never recommend this company to anyone and if you have 2-10 and they give this company.......ask for CSA in their place.

I contacted 2-10 (my home's warranty company) in regards to a leaking hot water heater. They recommended B's Plumbing, in Waldorf, MD. They were VERY quick to schedule an appointment, come and assess the problem, and generated an order with 2-10. The order was emailed to me and we cut a check in the amount of $720 on 12/15/17. A few days away from Christmas mind you...
Anyway, the Technician Chris says, that there will be no need to contact him because he will be sending someone who used to work for him to come and complete the installation (I thought the warranty company worked directly with the referred company contractors and not sub-contactors). With this said, it is now 12/21/17 and I decided to contact the warranty company because I had been calling B's Plumbing and leaving messages and they have not returned any of my calls. OH, DID I MENTION THEY CASHED MY CHECK AND CLOSED MY WORK ORDER TO READ ""COMPLETED"" WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY?!?!?! Should that not have rang a bell for the warranty company to question the fact that the water heater was not purchased yet because they did not pay for it? At this point, 2-10 is attempting to rectify the issue,and I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. The Better Business Bureau is next to be informed. No one ever wants to spend more money than they have to, but at this point, my money and principle are involved, so legal proceedings are on standby. I would rate them a negative 5 stars, but I cannot submit this review without at least giving them one star.

I'm so glad that I checked the reviews on this company after I called them several times in the middle of the day for a busted pipe. I was given these clowns info from 2-10 home warranty about my repairs & everything that was said is TRUE about this BULLSHIT company. I called 2-10 back to complain & they assured me that they will look into taking them off of the contractors list because of the complaints that I made them aware of. If you DO NOT get the service that you feel is acceptable YOU CAN COMPLAIN TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY!! Again 0 stars for unprofessional availability & I can imagine if they would've came out to do the job

B's Plumbing is THE WORST!! If I could give no stars, I would...The people who work there are rude, not professional and the technicians are incompetent. They expect you to do their work and find the source to the problem although they consider themselves ""Professionals"". Chris was at my house for maybe 30 mins and complained, stating his manager was upset he was spending so much time at my house. Within those 30 mins he failed to do any of the work that was notated in his paperwork. If you have 2-10 as a home warranty, do NOT use B's Plumbing, request a different contractor to come to your house instead of them. It was a disaster.
