Our bathtub faucet started leaking unexpectedly, from a slow drip to a constant flow. I called and left a message on late THANKSGIVING EVENING. I did NOT expect a response, and I mentioned that I did not expect a response until after Thanksgiving!
It was Thanksgiving morning at 7:00 a.m. when my phone rang. It was Bryon Johnson Plumbing!!!! WHAT?! On Thanksgiving morning AND willing to come over to help us out on Thanksgiving Day??!!!
We were very amazed about the dedication, devotion and care and concern, even on a HOLIDAY!!! We decided that since it wasn't an emergency (the leak was into the tub) and because we were leaving the next day, we would shut off the water when we left. We will be going back in December to visit, so we will arrange for Bryon Johnson Plumbing to come and fix us up next month!!
Jeff J.Sprung a leak in the shower/tub and called Bryon, I heard of him by word of mouth. I'm glad I did, he showed up as promised, repaired the problem temporarily and scheduled a full repair. Bryon was professional, well organized and explained what he did and why. Bryon made it a point to clean the work area, not something that happens as much anymore. The prices were better than I could have expected.
If more plumbing issues occur, I will call Bryon every time.
