Excellent job! Not only they fixed my toilet but they also proved to be proactive and helpful noticing the problem with the sink faucet and fixing it.

Horrible. Never use this company. They lie and say one thing and do another. Day 1 the problem is this... day 2 the problem is something else. Day 3 it keeps progressing like this.. And day 4 I finally hired a new plumbing company.
They break things and try to hide it. And when caught they blame it on the people before them, or some other excuse. They even had the gaul to say I was wrong.
There are better plumbing companys in Chatsworth.

I encountered a plumber from Bryco who was working on my neighbors property and he was verbally abusive using inappropriate language and completely unprofessional. I will never use Bryco to do my work and would recommend that you assess the employees they send to your house to perform any work for you.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Called to have them come back out to correct a fault with the new water heater control panel. That had just been replaced 4 months earlier.
Could not get anyone to return my calls after calling for 3 days. With NO HOT WATER. I called over a dozen times. No response. Horrible service. Do not recommend these people at all. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS WARRANTIES. Original cost to replace & install a new control panel was $425. Only worked for about 4 months. Had a one year warranty. Still haven't heard back from this company. Horrible experience.

I called Wed AM for a rooter service and an estimate for a installing a Cleanout, spoke to a nice gentleman who seemed courteous and reliable, he took all my info& Set an appointment,I was told to expect someone between 12noon-2pm.
Nobody showed up. I called at 2:05 , the same person answered seemed confused but apologized, said he thought it was the next day. So we set an appointment for the next day at 8:15 AM.
No show,no phone call...nothing.

Brian and his team are smart, friendly and do a great job. Thanks for your help over the years!

I was caught in a sticky situation between a manufacturer and a customer over a tankless install done 8 years ago. Brian went above and beyond even though the labor warranty had long since expired. I want to thank him and his crew for their excellent and speedy work on the stainless steel venting. I owe you one.

Kevin came to replace my old garbage disposal. When my husband spoke to Brian a few days ago, we offered to provide disposal by buying ourselves. He said that he will bring one and said that it will cost $120 and it is better as the better unit will last longer. Kevin brought Badger 5 which I can buy for $80 at Home Depot. He charge me $120 for it. Worst thing is that new disposal sounds louder than what was replaced. He was at my home about 1hr. 30min to replace disposal and 5 min to light fireplace pilot light and 15 min in his car to write up his invoice. He charged $175 for his labor. Estimate from Bryan was $135 including checking my gas range that did not light up. Upsetting thing was that Kevin said that my gas range did not have power. We went down to power circuit box and he turned off all power switches and put them back on. Range still did not have power back. He told me that I would need an electrician to fix this problem. Kevin left with my check total of $306. I called electrician and he came 2 hours later. After checking circuit box, he said to me ""Did you know your power switch is only a half way on?"" I said to him that the plumber checked it earlier. Electrician pushed the switch all way in, and the range worked fine. Nothing was wrong with my power unit. I have nothing good to say about Bryco Plumbing.

Brian came out personally to help us with a tough situation... Gas was turned off by the power company until we could have a small leak in the main line repaired. I had a sick baby with no hot water in the house, it was bad news. Brian and his team did a phenomenal job of figuring out the fastest and most cost effective way to fix the problem and ended up saving me significant money compared to other bids I received without sacrificing quality. Kevin who did most of the work could not have been more pleasant. He went above and beyond to get our hot water restored as quickly as possible including working what I have to assume was well past his normal cut off time. I would happily recommend them to others. They actually weren't even my first call but the first guys left me feeling like I was probably getting screwed. Bryco confirmed that feeling and took care of us.

This was the first time I used this company. The owner answered his phone at 9 Pm when I was just expecting to leave a message. They came out the next morning setting up a referral for the cleanup. The two companies coordinated and fixed the issue. They knew that I lived out of town and they were honest and took great care of me. I will continue to put my trust and use them for all my plumbing needs.
