We have finally found a professional, family owned plumbing company that we feel comfortable handling all our plumbing needs. The owner Brian really knows his plumbing. Our inside the house water heater needed replacing and Brian gave us several options and prices and we really didn't want another tank water heater in the house so we went with a tankless water heater. The ""inside the house"" tankless option fit our budget and it was installed. It's great, we love it and we now have a lot more space in the laundry room. Daniel and his partner (female ) did a great job, both were friendly, courteous professional installers. Thank you BRYCO Plumbing!!

I had a positive experience with Bryco - they were responsive, early to the agreed upon time, and they performed the job well. The plumber even took the time to explain what he had found, and how it might have been caused. He showed me what to look out for as well.

Another positive was that I had been afraid that my issue might have required a very expensive repair, but instead it was a relatively minor fix and they were very upfront about that.

I will call them again the next time I need a plumber!

My 15 year old water heater finally gave and I had no hot water. Bryco came to my home home within an hour. They checked the burner as the heater was not leaking. They attempted to order that part but it was not manufactured any longer. They suggested a water heater. I checked with a few places and the price was very fair for installation. By the end of the day, I had a new water heater and hot water in my two story home! Dan and Ally are a great team, knowledgeable, and careful. They had to maneuver in the garage close to a vintage 1976 Ford 250. Everything went very well, and Brian, came out to the house and inspected a very well planned and perfect installation! I would call them for any plumbing issue!

Our water heater stopped working. Bryco came out the same day and fixed it. The price was more than reasonable. The owner Brian was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help investigate whether or not the heater was still under warranty and how I could save money on parts.

Love this plumbing company! They are always there for me when I need them. I had a leaking toilet and faucet- they fixed it no problem. I feel like some places give you the run around. Not with Bryco, they are straight forward and get the job done right. Thanks again!!!

Horrible. Never use this company. They lie and say one thing and do another. Day 1 the problem is this... day 2 the problem is something else. Day 3 it keeps progressing like this.. And day 4 I finally hired a new plumbing company.
They break things and try to hide it. And when caught they blame it on the people before them, or some other excuse. They even had the gaul to say I was wrong.
There are better plumbing companys in Chatsworth.

I encountered a plumber from Bryco who was working on my neighbors property and he was verbally abusive using inappropriate language and completely unprofessional. I will never use Bryco to do my work and would recommend that you assess the employees they send to your house to perform any work for you.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Called to have them come back out to correct a fault with the new water heater control panel. That had just been replaced 4 months earlier.
Could not get anyone to return my calls after calling for 3 days. With NO HOT WATER. I called over a dozen times. No response. Horrible service. Do not recommend these people at all. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS WARRANTIES. Original cost to replace & install a new control panel was $425. Only worked for about 4 months. Had a one year warranty. Still haven't heard back from this company. Horrible experience.
