Richard showed up when he said he would and did a great job on my house. I had him completely redo all the plumbing in the house I'm remodeling. He treated my house like he was plumbing his own home. You can tell there is pride in the work. I wouldn't trust anyone else under my house. I have learned you get what you pay for with plumbers and Richard Bryant is a great investment.

24/7 Emergency Service. FORGET IT!! My washer overflowed at 11:30 on a Saturday night. The only way we could get it to stop was to turn off the water to the entire house. I called Bryant's. They would not send anyone out until some time Sunday. So much for 24/7 Emergency Service!!

The repair of my shower valve was completed in a timely manner. The plumber arrived on time (actually a little early) and clearly communicated what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. The repair was done but another issue came up as a result of the new shower valve being installed. My drain was clogged due to the increased water pressure and the same plumber came out a couple of days later and unclogged my drain and thoroughly cleaned up afterward.

If you need a plumber think long and hard before calling this one. His hand shake isn't worth the toilet paper that it should have been written on. He gives one price with a hand shake deal, and then when you get the bill he has done unexpected work that was not in the contract and added a third more to the bill. Have a good day.

I called this company to schedule service on my home to fix a leaking shower drain. The lady I spoke to said she would have a tech call me. Within a few minutes, the tech called. Everything seemed very promising. After asking me what the problem was, he said, """"I'm under a sink right now, let me call you right back"""". I agreed. He never called back. Not that day, nor any day after. I gathered that they were not interested in my business. I hope this was just a bad tech, but unfortunately your techs are representatives of your company as a whole. I called another plumbing company from Carollton. They were very willing to take my business instead.
