8 AM Tuesday morning!
Brandon from Bryant Group - Plumbing, knocked on the front door at exactly 8 AM!!!
Introduced himself and politely asked what he could do to help us with our plumbing issues.
Before entering the house, he removed his shoes.
Brandon listened to our concerns and then explained how he would correct them.
His efficiency, skill and cleanliness were incredibly professional.
If Brandon is a reflection of Bryant Group, then both Brandon and Bryant Group deserve a solid 5 STAR review!!

I am in a new Ryan home, new to area. When tankless water heater needed annual service, their number was on heater, so I called. Due to pandemic, they were not doing service. Finally got an appointment for October. They serviced heater, checked all other plumbing, fixtures, etc and cleaned sump and checked sump pump. 6 days later, pump failed. They returned, replaced pump (had a 3 year warranty on pump): $275. They left tags from pump for me to warranty, and left. Friday after ground water running into sump a lot, pump failed again. I called them at approx 3 pm, was promised a call back. After numerous more calls and messages on their machine, I finally got a call back saying maybe Monday they might come. I explained I have a finished basement adjacent, no change in response.

Have to find another plumber who actually cares and stand by their customers.
