Bryan did some work for my nephew and was recommended by him. I called and left a message for Bryan on Saturday afternoon to install an undercounter waterfilter we had purchased. He called back, and after telling him which water filter we bought, he provided a reasonable estimate, saying his labor would be about that price, and said he could drop by on Monday (today) morning. Bryan was prompt (of course!), wore a mask, installed the filter in about 1-1/2 hours, and charged a little more than his estimate.

After reading some of the reviews, I thought I'd have to walk on eggshells. Quite the opposite; he was friendly and tolerated a couple of pets that kept getting in his way with patience and good humor.

I'd definitely hire him again.

I have had Bryan's Prompt Plumbing come out on emergency calls for my plumbing on 4 separate occasions, and each time to me was an emergency! Bryan has moved things on his calendar around to accommodate me and at the most reasonable prices I've ever seen. Bryans prompt plumbing is the ONLY plumber I will call from now on!!!

Seriously an amazing contractor, who works for a more than reasonable price! While working on my house he also cleaned up the side of my yard with his weed whacker while waiting for me to arrive. I will only use bryan from here on out!

Call this company first! Bryan has bailed me out twice when I needed fast service. He showed up when he said he would, took care of my problem with a permanent fix, and charged me fair prices for his service. The second time I needed him on short notice, he rearranged his schedule to accommodate my emergency (broken toilet in guest bathroom with guests arriving for the weekend) and then went way out of his way to pick up an identical replacement for a particular toilet model I really wanted (for aesthetic reasons) that had arrived in pieces due to poor packaging by the big-box retailer that shipped it to me, He's super friendly and professional. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs!

I've tried 4 plumbers from Yelp reviews and have not had the best results. Bryan was the first recommendation from another service person and he's worked out the best for us. Bryan was a good mix of what was missing from the other plumbers. I could tell the quality of his work was good. And him and his helper were very professional and even were really careful to always close the pet gate to be sure no dogs got out...they seemed diligent and thoughtful. They cleaned up their mess when done. And Bryan's prices are very reasonable. He did come back to fix one small thing that had a weird issue and didn't charge me too. He was rather prompt at calling me back as well. He worked on several plumbing issues at our new house and one smaller issue at our rental.

Bryan may be ""prompt"" some of the time but not when he gets several calls about his work failing 30 days after he, or rather his assistant supposedly fixed the problem. Three weeks later he calls back and blames his family (How do I know why I didn't get phone calls? Must have been my kids."") then says, ""Is it MY fault Phister makes a sh---- part?"" Then when I tell him the tenant told me he was rude and complaining about having to shop for the part, do the work etc, he yells ""RUDE? How could I be rude!?""and continues to be rude and clueless about how to run a reputable business and how to treat a long time customer. Over $500 down the drain! This could happen to you!
