Bryan is amazing. Great guy in general. Very open, honest, and knowledgable. Throughout the whole process he would explain everything like what and why he needs to do this and that and go over how things work. Even with all my questions he always took the time to answer. And I'm a curious person.
Storytime: So my fiance has been house sitting for my parents and the toilet and shower gets clogged. Fiance starts plunging away but we then find out nothing is happening because it's coming out the other toilet. Called Bryan, he picks up, asks a few questions, deduces the problem, says he's around the area and to text him my name and address. He texts back immediately and let's me know how long till he comes.
Being an Asian household, we always take off our shoes inside the house but I definitely did not expect Bryan to when he entered. Surprisingly he brought disposable shoe booties and put them on for the house! Long story short he went on the roof and then down the clean out. Each time always passing a camera through afterwards to take a look and showing us too. Overall, great guy with awesome attitude and personality. Very helpful. People like Bryan is what makes the world go round.

I texted him shortly after listening to his voicemail & he replied quickly like he said he would!

I am located in Pomona, so he does not service this area, but he took the time to help me out, refer me to another company, AND asked me to tell him how it goes.

Hopefully he will expand the service area to Pomona one day, but I definitely had a great experience even if I wasn't in one of the servicing cities.

I read reviews online and wonder how real they are. Let me just say every review about Bryan is 100% real. He is friendly, genuine, and honest.

I had a clogged drain causing the washing machine and kitchen sink to back up. I saw he didn't service my area (Upland), but I took a chance and sent him a text. He apologized and said he didn't service my area, but suggested someone else, but they were closed. So he asked some questions about the clog and said he would come out.

Within 40 minutes he was at my house, hooked up his machine and within 10 minutes he had cleared the clog. He originally quoted me $75 because it was the weekend and I was out of his area. I told him I bought a 25 ft snake and was considering renting a machine, but decided against spending extra money. When the job was done he asked how much I spent on the snake, after I told him he reduced the price to $60.

I had received another quote that was $190 and another company's website said $80.

I could brag about Bryan all day. I will recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. It's so rare to find someone who really just wants to help people out.

He's a one man machine. He responded to my text within minutes. Don't bother with Yelp's quotes, just text/call his number.

Bryan provides genuinely caring, professional, skilled and clean service at the MOST reasonable prices! I had lost my confidence in plumbers over the past few years due to dishonesty, price gouging and just sloppy work. Bryan exemplifies what a professional tradesman should be. I called late in the day but he was willing to squeeze me in. He truly wanted to help. Where do you find that these days? He methodically approached my uncommon drain problem. Unresolvable from the ground, he then brought in additional equipment for a rooftop vent pipe approach. Through persistence and skill he dislodged the obstruction. Of course I expected the bill to equal the complexity and effort. His total was so low I was sure I had misheard him. Nope. It was truly that reasonable. I am SO GRATEFUL that I now have a ""go to"" plumber! It's so comforting to know that when a drain stops, a leak develops or whatever a homeowner may encounter arises Bryan is just a phonecall away.

You can't find a better, more efficient and nicer plumber than Byran! He literally had to somehow take out the internal stopper that had some how become disconnected from the shower stopper unit. It had fallen down in the pipe and was causing a back up. Bryan worked for sometime and some how managed to hook on to the detached stopper and remove it. If he had been a regular plumber, he would have said we needed to cut the pipes under the house to get it out. But not Bryan! He truly works his magic and does the job in half the time!!! You don't need to look anywhere else!

What can I say about Bryan that hasn't already been said. Dude is awesome. Woke up to backed up toilets and showers, sent a text to Bryan, had an appointment set up same day with in hours. He cleared up the main line and had my bathrooms up and running again in less than an hour. Never did I feel like he was trying to up-sell me, he diagnosed the problem immediately and took care of it. His prices are truly unbeatable and clearly listed. Beyond grateful to have this guy in our community.
