This is the best company! they respond to your calls quickly, and their prices are very competitive. I had a hot water boiler put in by them and they did an excellent job. Dave and Tom were wonderful. They left the place very neat and did the installation with no problems at all. I highly recommend this company. I have been using them for years and they are the best.

Don't use 'em. Selling my house in Southampton which needed the sewer pipe checked going to the street. They came out, checked and said there is a bend in the pipe. 4600.00 repair. We got a 2nd opinion and got 'O it's fine'. The house was empty and they were looking for a quick buck. Stay away.

Had a slow running drain in my bathroom sink. My d-i-y efforts did not work so gave up and called this plumber. They already had a call scheduled in my building so they conveniently scheduled for 2 days later. Dave and helper arrived. Checked sink and within 10 minutes had removed the plastic hair catcher he said was the problem. Did not even charge me for the call as he did not need to make a special trip. Very pleased with the service and the No charge. Will definitely use them in the future!!

It sounds from reviews like Stuckert is pretty good overall. I had a bad experience with them. I needed to have a sewer lateral inspection done before I could sell my house. Rather than do their due diligence and get the specs from the township before doing the inspection, they came and did the inspection only to find they couldn't complete it because my lateral line had a trap at the end of the line near the street (which was--apparently--a required element of code when my line was put in). They could have discovered this without doing the work and let me know about it, but instead they did the work of the inspection, charged me $285 for it, and I got nothing from it. That's simply very poor professionalism. I also found them extremely incommunicative; I had to call over and over in order to get questions answered and any kind of information from them (in fact, I never did get one question answered). Finally, they were going to charge me $500 more than their competitor for the work of exchanging the trap on my lateral with a clean-out. Needless to say, I went with the competitor. Very poor experience, and frankly, I feel I was cheated out of $285.

We had a small water stain in our basement ceiling. Called Bryan, Karen had him out same day, he provided fair estimate with knowledgeable explanations, very nice guy. Repair man was out next day very quickly, he was so friendly and did clean work. Needed an extra part, another plumber met him at the house so he did not need to leave to get it. Added extra caulk at tub line just as a nice gesture because it needed it. Very pleased with the whole experience
