Each team member was punctual and respectful of our time. They answered questions thoroughly and explained what needed to be done. Cost and time estimates were very accurate and we were very impressed by overall job completion. Job site was left very clean and our house is back to normal. We had a small water stain in our basement ceiling. Called Bryan, Karen had him out same day, he provided fair estimate with knowledgeable explanations, very nice guy. Repair man was out next day very quickly, he was so friendly and did clean work. Needed an extra part, another plumber met him at the house so he did not need to leave to get it. Added extra caulk at tub line just as a nice gesture because it needed it. Very pleased with the whole experience

If there was a negative rating Bryan would earn it. I used Bryan Stuckert plumbing service three times. The first time the plumber he sent could not tell me how much the service would cost. He put in a toilet and the lines for a sink. He explained he was not a master plumber but did not have to be one since he worked under Bryan's license. The next morning we tried the sink, it leaked. We called them back to fix the sink and put in a new refuse line for our downstairs bathroom. A plumber and his assistant came. The assistant tried to fix the sink. My wife finally showed him what was wrong and provided a solution. The assistant tried to fix it. I finally did the job. We were billed for both peoples' work. I tried them once more for a copper line to my refrigerator so we could use the cold water option for the refrigerator. I paid for the service. Two weeks later we moved the refrigerator. The connection on the line to the refrigerator leaked. I went to Lowe's and bought a new line and paid a carpenter to put it in. Then six months later they sent a second bill for the sink. I called the administrator to complain. She begged me not to tell Bryan for fear he might fire her. So I did not, but she promised to take care of the problem. A year later I got another bill for the same sink with an angry note demanding I pay him. Now I have a new demand for an increased amount. My wife is scared of him so I may pay him, but please do not do business with this person. By the way, there are far cheaper and more professional plumbers who do the work themselves without hiring semiskilled assistants and who can tell you how much something costs before they do the work not months later.

Needed help with a leaking toilet and wanted a new kitchen faucet installed. Work was scheduled quickly, Chris was there right on time and did a great job, even putting up with my puppy hauling off his stuff.

I am new to the area and have used this company twice - 1) to diagnose a leak that was staining a first floor ceiling which called for bathtub caulking and 2) they installed a new kitchen faucet. Work was done professionally and for a reasonable price. Very satisfied with them so far.
