Came to my home Feb. 16th to fix a leak in bathroom faucet and other things. Paid over $450. I called to asked them to come back and fix the leak on 4/13 and they told me I am past the 30 day warranty but my invoice says 90 days. During conversation they hung up on me. When I returned call they would not pick up. Never again.

Cannot say enough about this company! I was in a tough spot after an expired plummbing permit & my plumber closed his business. We have only lived in Orlando 2 yrs & not well connected with contractors...& if a city inspector recommends them, that's more than ok with me. They reached out immediately to help. So grateful!

My landlord hired them and the plumber left a mess. There is now a blue stain on my carpet, they left some sort of white glue stuff stuck to my tub and sink that is very hard to remove, AND when they put my toilet screws back on they left a gap that was not there before.

Found I had no hot water Friday morning. The water heater was just out of warranty and I didn't have a plumber I liked - had bad experiences with Shamrock and Frank Gay, so I checked Yelp and ended up calling Bryan Plumbing. Jon called back in a few minutes and said he was available immediately. Once he arrived, he asked a few questions about the problem, took a look at the unit and recommended replacing the heating elements and the thermostat for $235. He made the switch, I wrote a check, made sure I got his card and had plenty of hot water within the hour. I will not hesitate to call them the next time I need plumbing.

Had three or four minor issues and called Ferris based on recommendations and previous experience years ago. They were honest and very kind to say they were a week behind and suggested Bryan Plumbing. Called Bryan and the receptionist offered some advice on one issue and it worked! They had someone come out the next day and fixed the one pressing issue and recommended holding off on the other two minor problems. Customer service is obviously their priority. They aren't just trying to fatten their bottom line. Highest of recommendations!

Rude and condescending. But it is the only company my condo association will use. Paid them to do the work, they failed to hook things back up. It was truly a horrible experience. Granted this is one youngish guy, the """"supervisor"""". But his attitude permeated the entire team.

I have called Bryan Plumbing 4 or 5 times for assistance. (Twice for water heater installation, once for minor outside leak, and twice for bathroom plumbing.) They have never failed me. Each situation resulted in excellant response time. The Bryan technicians were all courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. Bryan Plumbing is definitely my go to plumber.

After being stranded at 4:00 PM on a Thursday afternoon by another company that, while trying to replace our upstairs neighbor's hot water heater, broke the main shut off switch on our water input pipe and left us high and quite dry, it was Bryan to the rescue. The other company said it was a two man job that should take half a day, and after breaking our shutoff switch, the repairmen were told not to touch our water valve. I quipped, that they were a little late with the orders, seeing as the plumber had already disabled our system !!! The cost would be around $1500.00 !!! A Bryan plumber was there by 5:00 and our water valve fixed and we had water by 7:00. One man, in the dark, alone, did the job in two hours. The cost was quite a bit less too.
