Found I had no hot water Friday morning. The water heater was just out of warranty and I didn't have a plumber I liked - had bad experiences with Shamrock and Frank Gay, so I checked Yelp and ended up calling Bryan Plumbing. Jon called back in a few minutes and said he was available immediately. Once he arrived, he asked a few questions about the problem, took a look at the unit and recommended replacing the heating elements and the thermostat for $235. He made the switch, I wrote a check, made sure I got his card and had plenty of hot water within the hour. I will not hesitate to call them the next time I need plumbing.

We just had a repipe completed with Bryan Plumbing and it was the best experience ever! Everyone on their team is so professional and really cares about you and their job! They made sure everything was working perfect and our walls and job was not an easy one. They never complained and made it all look perfect! I could not recommend this company more!! Great people and service!! I would give 100 stars if we could!! Thank you so much! They will forever be our go to plumbing company in Orlando. I referred them to my mom bc she got a crazy quote to fix a leak and they were so great with her job as well, and great priced! So happy we found them.

Our 1920s house had mice in the walls. Because they gnawed on the PVC pipes, we had emergency leaks. Byran Plumbing came on three separate occasions I believe. I don't know what they charge, but these guys know what they're doing. They find the leak fast and are able to take care of it in no time. Also, they're equipped. Because the leak was behind the wall, they have a saw to cut a piece of the drywall out. Nice and neat cutouts. The technician has been friendly and a pleasure to interact with under such emergency circumstances.

This will be my go to plumber from this day forward. This morning I noticed a wet spot and baseboard in my dining room. Assuming the worst, I called Bryan's (after receiving a kudos from my neighbor that had previously used their services) for leak detection. I spoke with joey an employee of 20 years at Bryan's plumbing and he referred me to a leak detection that he uses...he then said I should shut off all water in the house and listen at water heater and look at my water meter, that would tell me if there was a slab leak. I followed his advice and the meter was not moving so, I started the process of elimination and found my master bath toilet was leaking from the tank...""""voilla""""! Most Plumbing companies would have just scheduled me for whenever and.....well we all know where that could have gone! Thank's Joey and Bryan's!

Over the course of a few days called left two messages with number of 407-299-9006 voicemail answers with Joey, i never once got a call back or anything? If they are to busy to need my business good for them; but at least have the courtesy to return the calls in a timely mannor and say so! I wish Yelp would allow for negative stars because companies like this waste my time and patience!

My landlord hired them and the plumber left a mess. There is now a blue stain on my carpet, they left some sort of white glue stuff stuck to my tub and sink that is very hard to remove, AND when they put my toilet screws back on they left a gap that was not there before.

Rude and condescending. But it is the only company my condo association will use. Paid them to do the work, they failed to hook things back up. It was truly a horrible experience. Granted this is one youngish guy, the """"supervisor"""". But his attitude permeated the entire team.

Had three or four minor issues and called Ferris based on recommendations and previous experience years ago. They were honest and very kind to say they were a week behind and suggested Bryan Plumbing. Called Bryan and the receptionist offered some advice on one issue and it worked! They had someone come out the next day and fixed the one pressing issue and recommended holding off on the other two minor problems. Customer service is obviously their priority. They aren't just trying to fatten their bottom line. Highest of recommendations!

Came to my home Feb. 16th to fix a leak in bathroom faucet and other things. Paid over $450. I called to asked them to come back and fix the leak on 4/13 and they told me I am past the 30 day warranty but my invoice says 90 days. During conversation they hung up on me. When I returned call they would not pick up. Never again.
