Andrew and his team did a great job installing a new vanity in our bathroom! They worked late on a Friday to get the whole project done in one day, even though the job ended up being more complicated than initially anticipated. The final result looks great! Also they charged very reasonable prices for the amount of work involved.

We hired Brus Box to replace our kitchen faucet and install an electric bidet seat, including a new power outlet. The business owner, Andrew, was very communicative and came out himself for the free estimate.

Based on the reasonable quoted price and the excellent communication compared with the other companies we evaluated, we decided to hire Brus Box for the projects. We were able to schedule work for that same week.

The technician who arrived to do the work was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly, despite a language barrier. Unfortunately the project turned out to be more difficult than expected, due to issues with our toilet. Andrew returned to the site to manage the situation and give us an updated quote.

They were able to replace the toilet and finish the installation that same day. It was a long day for everyone involved, but they persevered through multiple problems, and we are very happy with the final results.

Andrew answered my call promptly and scheduled his crew out to my place with a specific time. Egor arrived at my place promptly and diagnosed my clogged driveway drain quickly. He was professional, pleasant, polite, and took the time to explain the issue and how he fixed it. He also ran some water down the drain to test it to make sure it was truly unclogged. I also liked that this company takes Venmo and Zelle which was super convenient because who carries checks anymore!? The cost was also reasonable so I would highly recommend giving them a call if you have an issue.

Had a leaky dishwasher valve in SF. Created a job on Yelp using their new-ish job dispatch flow.

All but one plumbing companies refused to give me a quote without first scheduling and making a visit. It's the most common, simplest job: the angle stop on a valve underneath my sink.

Why? Because all these plumbers now work with a call center type company somewhere, so that they can snap up the business as soon as a customer has an issue.

Two companies came and gave me quotes.

In the process I realized I had 3 valves in there I should change that rubber element on. The quotes were ~$850 and $550. Really? I was sure this was a job at most requiring an hour and super standard.

This account, or rather Andrew, who responded, did actually give me a quote for the same job right away without wasting my time with a visit: $350. Andrew's friend/colleague Alex came and swapped the angle stops in less than 30 mins.

Quite possibly could've gotten this for even less than $100 with a contractor that works for me more often, but I do think you should be safe with this business for a basic plumbing repair in SF.

Two things: (a) Andrew gave me a fixed, upfront quote for the labor (parts were extra). Didn't have to charge me to come out to quote the job. (b) When the job didn't go as he had planned, Vladimir came back to make sure it was right - at no additional cost. This was a tricky job but they stuck with it until it was done.
