Andrew and his colleague came out the next day. They removed the old toilet, problem solved an incompatibility with my new toilet, had tools and parts on hand to complete the job, fixed it on the spot, and now I have a beautiful new toilet expertly installed.

Issue of water leak from dishwasher.
