I had some leaks in my kitchen faucet and Andrew and his team were very professional in helping to replace it. He was responsive to text and phone, helped me troubleshoot the issue, worked through some stock/supply questions, and ultimately helped me to replace the faucet at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this service for plumbing needs. Will use again.

I wish all contractors are like that. Instead of being late to the appointment Andrew found a way to be was two days early knowing that I the job done ASAP. The new sink was a bit shorter than old one and left an unsightly strip of old paint visible on the wall. Andrew built a splashguard out of construction junk left after the remodel which honestly looks better than the brand new stainless steel sink.

I needed someone to replace a bathroom sink faucet & drain (for a pedestal sink). The nuts holding the faucet to the sink were probably rusted as it was a 30+ year old sink faucet. I had the new faucet & drain set already (bought from home depot), and I told Andrew that I didn't want any parts replaced.
I had called Andrew around 4pm, and he said he could come by the same day at 6pm to replace the sink faucet & drain. Andrew was on time, and worked efficiently and completed the task by ~8pm. So far no leaks (it's been about 2 weeks now); he brought his own tools, and he didn't have to replace any other parts on the sink, except for the faucet and drain which I provided. (Other plumbers were insisting I have to change other parts on the sink, which I didn't think was necessary. One plumber told me that he wouldn't touch the drain, since the drain pipe was not up to code, even though it's been working for over 20 years. Totally ridiculous!). The sink is now working perfectly fine with a beautiful new faucet and drain, thanks to Andrew. The price was reasonable ($150 + 3% fee for use of cc; he also accepts Venmo & Zelle), and Andrew told me if there's any leak issue, to just call him and he'll stop by and fix it, no problem. He did a wonderful job, and I will definitely be hiring him again in the near future :) I would highly recommend Brus Box to other people!

Andrew and his colleague came over on time and highly professional. The job was to replace a toilet that was potentially having leaking issues.

They selected an affordable toilet from Home Depot, picked up the toilet for an additional fee, remove the old toilet and installed the new one. They even came with booties for their shoes, to clean everything clean. All of this done within one hour.

They let you know all your options and observations, also more cost effective ways to do the job.

Fast and efficient. They also were very helpful at educating me on how the plumbing worked and left everything in better shape than before.

Top notch work. Highly recommend. Did not charge an arm and a leg like almost all other plumbers / contractors that responded - as they start with a flat fee and add on services as needed.

My kitchen sink clogged around dinner time and I needed a plumber so I asked for Yelp estimates. I didn't expect anyone until the following morning but Andrew was available right away with a good price point and all five-star reviews, so I chose him. And I'm glad I did.

He was professional, courteous (he put booties on his shoes so he didn't track dirt into the house), and extremely capable. He worked diligently for over an hour (!!) and resolved the problem.
