Brunson to be one of the most unprofessional, unethical, and worst companies I have EVER dealt with in my 50 plus years. My upstairs A/C unit died on a Saturday night. We were experiencing a heat wave here and the temperature was in the upper 90's outside so over 100 in my home.They came out on Sunday AM. He also refused to give me a written quote which sent up red flags but desperate. Stated that I needed a new Compressor and would do for $900. He was to show up on a Tuesday to replace the compressor and 30 minutes before and stated the price was $950 and then CANCELED! Then he didn't show up the next appointment, two days later, AT ALL and reached out 5 hours later to see if still on?!?!?The worst is they said I needed a new compressor when all I needed was the fan straightened and a new compasitor! What is the largest concern was the price, after much investigation, you can't buy a compressor for under $1,000 and after install, etc. price range is roughly $1,500.00. When the other company showed they found LIVE WIRES exposed and detached!! If they had touched the unit the man would have been shocked heavily and/or shorted out my whole house!! My feeling is that Brunson was trying to rip me off and while doing so , was completely INEPT at his profession!

Joey came and installed a new well pump-promised to mail me a bill of sale-Might be selling my home would like proof that I had this installed-I have been hounding him for 2 months and he always has an excuse my he can't email it or mail it -extremely fustrating!!!!!!
