The poor reviews are completely warranted. A hot head tobsayvtge least. That a prepaid in 2/3 to install 2 nest units, check air-conditioning and heating on a newly purchased home. He installed radiant heating for which he was paid in FULL. Left a pig sty of a mess and stormed out before actually ibstallung the Nest heating and air conditioning unit controls. They are wtull in the box! Now, one year post install, the radiant Hart has gap a thatvthia SCHMUCK well not only not addressm But Has NEVER returned a call to address.
The flooring between my kitchen and dining room is ICEcold year round! Don't hire this unscrupulous Ahole or JAy Paprocky

There are some bad reviews on here but I had a great experience with Bruno's.
I needed to have my central air unit cleaned. You can look the process up on YouTube but it's not something to take lightly and you should not do it yourself. A professional with many years of experience is recommended.
The technician that came out has over over 30yrs experience and was (this is a plus) very friendly and gave me tips on things I can (myself) to extend the life of the unit.
Professional job. No complaints. Will have back on the fall to service the furnace.
Very reasonable pricing. Do not feel overcharged.
Definitely recommend this company.

Sorry to say there's no stars lower than one or Bruno Plumbing would've received it it does not matter who you call it would be better than calling Bruno Plumbing David the owner will overcharge you and fabricate problems once again do not do business with this company.

NO.. not ever again... RIP OFF.... Bruno's charged me a service call.. fine... BUT THEN charged me $92. to diagnose the GAS LEAK when in fact the GAS company red tagged the gas line in the fireplace... RIP OFF.. they overcharged and the woman said OH its a diagnostic charge.NO LADY... I told you it was diagnosed..I needed someone to fix it..they didn't... but got $150.... do NOT use them ..they LIE....horrible service.

Called this morning because we had no heat. I received a call back very quickly and the service tech was here within an hour. My heat was back in 30 minutes. We've used Bruno for a number of issues and they've always been great.
