I had an amazing experience with Bruno Bros and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing or HVAC repairs. My heating system stopped working earlier this week and I called a technician from a large Boston HVAC repair company and they all just told me it was broken and I need to purchase and install a brand new heating system. I then reached out to Bruno Bros based on the recommendation of a friend and they were incredibly helpful. Bruno was highly responsive when I called and set up an appointment immediately for the next day. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it in less than an hour. The rate was very reasonable and the technician even took the time to explain to me what the issue was so I can be aware moving forward. I could not recommend Bruno Bros more and plan to use them for all such similar needs I have in the future!

My hot water tank failed while I was on vacation. My usual plumber had covid so I relied on a recommendation from a contractor. Bruno bros. charged me $2,250 for a tank that costs them $750 and takes at most 2 hours to install. $700/hour for labor? Ridiculous.

C P. I'm surprise they didn't call you back? A lot of things could happen like You missed their call? maybe?

My family and I have used them many times over the years. The most recent was yesterday. I needed to replace a Leakey Toilet. I placed the call yesterday morning at 7:45 AM, They called me back at 8:15am and I was told they were ""As busy as hell"" , BUT let my see what we can do.

The truth is, they are ""busy as hell"" because THEY ARE THAT GOOD.

They returned my call at 8:45 am and said ""how about first thing in the morning""? I gladly accepted the appointment.
This morning 2 young men showed up on time. They jumped right out of the truck and introduced themselves and went to work. They did a great job, very neat and clean . After thanking them both for a great job I ask them ""Where did you learn the trade?"" They both said ""Shawsheen Tech"" and their bosses the ""Bruno Brothers."" What more can I say.

Bruno Bros Plumbing is incredible! They have done multiple plumbing jobs at our house + are always reliable, efficient, and go above and beyond! Most recently they installed a new bathroom vanity + it looks amazing! I would recommend Bruno Bros to anyone + everyone! Thank you so much!

Bruno's sent out 2 plumbers to repair a toilet at my mothers house. The plumbers showed up exactly at noon, as they said. The guys were very polite, wore masks and gloves, did the job very quickly, explained exactly what they were doing and cleaned up the place perfectly. We could not have been more impressed. Great job.

Great work! They were sent by my property management to fix a leak with the washer & dryer vent. Ended up having to fix piping that was done incorrectly by another company and spotted the issue very quickly.
Very friendly, professional & covid conscious. Highly recommend!

I spoke with Justine on the phone and he was very helpful and polite as were the plumbers that arrived at my house. They installed a new toilet, a new shower faucet and a new sink, they did great work and were very clean!

Give me a break! BRUNO BROTHER's website states that they ""provide quality plumbing installation and repair work, no matter the size or scope of your project."" Called regarding my mother's gas furnace, which was operating but needed to be diagnosed and repaired to be fully functional. As the weather was getting colder, I called BRUNO BROTHERS to inquire about getting someone out to look at the furnace. Was told that while they were VERY BUSY, they ""might"" be able to get someone out in A COUPLE OF DAYS and that they would call to follow up in a COUPLE OF DAYS. Never heard from BRUNO BROTHERS PLUMBING & HVAC again.... Actually, wanted to thank BRUNO BROTHERS PLUMBING & HVAC as I found a true professional family owned plumbing and heating company in Wilmington, MA who came out, diagnosed the problem and got the furnace up and running again. I would ask BRUNO BROTHER's PLUMBING & HVAC to remove the false statement from their website that states ""no matter the size or scope of your project"".

Bruno Brothers has great customer service and delivers great work every time! It's hard to find a plumber who does great work at a reasonable cost. They have been able to help me out on short notice on multiple occasions and I wouldn't call anyone else now!
