I was told that because I had a service agreement, a technician would come to diagnose a problem I was having with my heat for the ""discounted"" rate of $89. Technician came, looked at the pressure guage and determined the boiler was fine. He said that he would need to perform a $250 test to determine which radiator was the problem--I said, no, because I knew which radiator was the problem. I turned on the heat, and he saw that the valve was broken. I know that to be a $15 part at Home Depot, so said I would fix it. He said, ""you're already paying $240, so you may as well pay an additional $10 for me to replace this part.
How did $89 turn into $240? Because, according to my receipt, he ran a ""system test.""
Unbelievable. The ""system test"" constituted me turning on the heat.
I feel totally scammed and will never again call Bruni&Campisi to deal with my heating system.

Have used Bruni & Campisi a number of times before, and have been satisfied with quality work at a fair price. My latest dealing was this week when my hot water heater died. The service technician, Dmitriy, was professional and efficient. It was clear he took pride in his work. He also took the time to go over the operation of my new water heater, and was patient in answering my questions.

They're not cheap but they responded promptly to an emergency call about a leaking waste pipe. Then Jack & Jesse did a great job replacing the entire pipe. They were professional at all times and took pains to minimize the inconvenience involved

They've been to my elderly mother's house several times to fix a/c without result. Last time, they said she needed yet another part, $350, and they were to install it the next day. I assumed that everything was done only to discover days later that when the service person came with the new part he told my mother that he broke the part and the a/c could not be fixed but everything is okay because it's getting colder out now and she doesn't need a/c anyway! Trying for hours now to reach ""24 Hour Service"", no one answers the phone at company. They take advantage of the elderly.
