Both of our central AC units stopped working at once. Very knowledgable and friendly technician Tony repaired both units then discovered the upstairs (attic) air handler was corroded and needed to be replaced. It was expensive, but the two techs who did the installation - Veder and Aman were fantastic. They protected our floor and stairs, were polite, friendly, answered questions, worked hard and got the job done. The installation looks great.

I have used this company for 25 years. I even used them during the remodeling of my home. I have never had a problem. Until now. I am being treated very badly. There is a problem with my air conditioning. After a visit--which was delayed, I was told it was a damper motor. It was ordered and it was wrong--twice. No one ever called to follow up. I called each time to find out the timing. Now the right part is finally in after 3 weeks. 2 days later it can be installed. Schedule appointment--12-4--no one calls and no one comes. He is running late. He will be there at 5:30. He is on his way at 6. At 6:45 I call. He is in an accident with a fed ex truck. Can someone else come? of course not. OK--can someone come on Saturday. Of course not. Can I speak to the owner. Of course not, and sorry, but we don't have the time to speak with you anymore. We can come on Monday between 9 and one. Could not even give me a real appointment. I don't have any confidence in this company

I have known of and worked with Bruno & Campisi for over two decades. So, when it came time to hire a firm for the HVAC work on a home renovation I'm the Project Manager on, there was no one else to call.

What makes B&C special are the people, starting with Mario, Rob and Douglas; all consumate professionals who's knowledge, insights and honesty are second to none.

As importantly, were Veder and Amand, the AC installers, who did an exceptional job on-site. They thoroughly coordinated with the GC and other trades, did exceptional and meticulous work, and we're a pleasure to have on the ""team"".

Plumbing arrives next, and all I can say is I sleep well at night working with Bruno & Campisi.

Their plumber showed up for an night time emergency call within the stated time. HIs work was neat and he fixed the problem on the first attempt. I am very satisfied.

B&C came for a heating zone malfunction, charged $400 to find the problem (2 men, 1-1/2 hours.)... okay. High, but understandable.
Today one man returned with a $75 part, took 20 minutes to install it...and charged an additional $300 for labor. Really?
Will not use them again for minor work. (Though they did a great job installing ductless AC units.).

We are new customers -- our old (oil) system was rusting away and we made the decision to convert to gas while worrying everyday that our boiler would fall apart. Doug at B&C was very knowledgeable and helpful in moving our project along -- they have a terrific back office which took care of all paperwork and made sure that all steps in the complicated process were completed and documented as quickly as possible. The process (which has taken neighbors of ours 12-14 months was completed for us in 2 months.

The installers, Jimmy and Kevin, were terrific...smart, efficient, non-stop workers, clean, thorough, courteous, friendly and expert. Needed tech support as a result of a some quirky incompatibility with 2 of our thermostats and Caleb (with Keith's support) diagnosed what seemed like an impossible issue and repaired it with a lot of detective work and a little piece of wire.)

This was a major decision for us and we feel comfortable having had Bruni & Campisi do the work.

We've used B&C several times - and the only reason we've had repeat was to fix problems that they've created. but after they hung up on my wife because our heat was still not working - NEVER AGAIN.

I have used Bruni & Campisi for plumbing and AC. I found them responsive, very polite and prompt. For example, the tech even had 2 pairs of shoes, one for outside and one for inside. The AC work we had was extensive and required a long wait time for parts, we were able to get a temp unit for our central air to bridge the gap during a early season heat wave.I can't confirm if they are pricey as we did not shop around. The previous owner of our home left their name and number as a reliable service provider and we trusted the previous owners recommendation. We will be using them again.
