I had a pipe burst and my bathroom flooded into my bedroom. I Googled a plumber and called the first guy that came up. He quoted a price (I wasn't paying - my landlord was so I didn't care) but what I cared about was time. He said he would have to dig up the slab and we were looking at 10 days to 2 weeks without water.

My brother recommended his plumber Bruening R&R Plumbing who showed up within the hour (we called at 2:00 - he was there before 3:00) and our water was fully functional by 2:00 the next day because he never dug up the slab. This guy knows what he's doing and he isn't trying to bilk the customer.

I originally called John because I had a wet spot on my ceiling that was spreading. He came out next day and found that a plastic water line in my attic was leaking. He was able to take care of the problem quickly and for a fair price. After that I had him come out and replace 2 toilets for me. Again, the job was smooth, and he did it for a fair price. Both times, John was clean, courteous and professional. I highly recommend and will continue to use his company for all my plumbing needs.

Bruening plumbing came highly recommended to us by our awesome insurance agent Shelli Wimmer on the mountain. John showed up on time, and provided us a thorough and Fair estimate for the replumbing of our entire cabin. (John was also the only plumber who put booties on his shoes). His professionalism and willingness to explain every detail of the installation sold it for us. Even with a Medical emergency John had, he communicated effectively and the work was done to our satisfaction in a timely manner. John's attention to detail was also excellent. The cabin now has an in house water shutoff, all new valves, new bibs, whole house filter, new shower and tub faucets, and above all no rusted galvanized steel piping!!! Way to go John and team!

I had a plumbing issue in my tub/shower with a leaky union between the inlet copper pipe and valve for over a year. Fortunately we had a shutoff valve in the line on both the cold and hot side. We simply shut the water off inside the wall thru an access door. Every time we took a shower or bath we would have to open the valves, watch the water leak into a coffee can, and close the valve when done. (Yes we actually operated this way for over a year!) I had attempted several fixes myself over the last year to no avail. My wife and I finally decided to get a plumber out to see if they could solve our little but annoying problem. Now who to call? I searched several local plumbers and came across Bruening R&R. I read their reviews on yelp and they all seemed very good. I decided to give them a try. I called their number, got a hold of John at a work location and we discussed my problem. He stated that he could actually squeeze me in today He would look at it and give me a free estimate. If I agreed on the cost he would fix it right then. He actually showed up about an hour later, when he said he would. Identified the suspected issue and estimated what it would cost to fix. I agreed to do it and within 20 minutes my year long problem was gone. This young man is my go to plumber for any future plumbing issues. He is very knowledgeable and professional with fair pricing. Best contractor type I have ever worked with on the mountain....bar none. I highly recommend you give John a try for your plumbing headaches!

I've never left a review on Yelp. Always utilize it as a tool but today I absolutely have to share John was an angel that truly saved me from quite a bind I was in. My airbnb guests informed me the water heater was not working. At 3pm after having serviced several other projects, John arrived to help me with my issue. He was genuinely kind with a lot of knowledge. I accidentally gave him the wrong key to basement and he had to go down a steep hill twice as a result. He was super kind about it. He fixed my issue in no time. I will definitely be seeking his services again and recommending him to my friends. John I can't thank you enough. It's honestly nice to know people like you are part of my neighborhood/town. Thank you!
