Bob came out to our house the same day I called after seeing a leak in the bathroom. He was great at texting me updates and very kind and professional while on site. I trust his expertise and recommendations for resolving our leak.

Called this company 4 times. Each time I called I gave them my name and address and what I needed done. Each time they told me they would be over in a few days. Never saw them. The fourth time I called they told me they would come the next day late in the morning. Never came. Didn't call. As I write this it is a week since they told me they were coming and I haven't even gotten a phone call to explain why they haven't showed up. No customer service at all.
