If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is a joke. I wasted so much time dealing with them trying to get work started, no call backs, no emails. Just a huge waste of time!!! Go to another company that will actually appreciate your business.

Read this.. I've lived in NYC over 6 years, and don't usually write negative reviews but my experience with Bruckner was disappointing and a huge letdown. I'll make it quick - routine toilet issue. 1. didn't come at the scheduled time, even though they made me stay home all day 2. Then came next day and tried to charge me emergency fee.. uh no. 3. even after sending them photos of my toilet and them saying they have the parts, plumber of course didn't have the parts and said he would come back the next day 4. No response for 3 days 5. I called to check in and they said they will fix it the next day and nope then called and cancelled 6. Tried to say they'd charge me two visits for not even fixing the issue 7. Didn't take any blame for their poor service

All in all, if you want routine plumbing issues to drag for a week and not get resolved, feel free. On a positive note this terrible experience did lead me to finding a better, cheaper and more professional plumber elsewhere!

I rent my apartment, and when a plumbing repair was required, my landlord selected Bruckner Plumbing to do the job. I called them and an appointment was made - but the plumber never arrived. I was told that the plumber was called to go to ""another emergency"" and that they forgot to call and cancel my appointment. We rescheduled - and unbelievably, the same thing happened. I have now taken time off from work to be there for the plumber twice, and nobody showed up. Obviously, emergencies occur. But this complete disregard for my time - this utter lack of consideration for the customer - is unacceptable. I would never use this company again.

These guys are honest, fairly priced and always there for me. I would never use another plumber and will always keep them close to me for the great work they do, their reaction time and their loyalty.
