DON'T USE! If I could give ZERO I would! I NEVER write reviews but this was something I had to let people know about so others don't get harassed and scared. My mother in-law had a clogged pipe in her house that caused a flood. They sent over 2 guys to her house. The main guy was extremely nasty, rude and disrespectful to her. He literally walked downstairs to the basement and looked in the boiler room and started cursing and yelling at her. Tben told her she owed him $100!! HE DID NOTHING!!! She is elderly and was home alone. She called the Co. to have him leave her house and explain he didn't do anything and he's screaming at her for $100. She told the secretary shes SCARED of him and have him leave. The secretary said just give him the $100 and he will leave. So she did because she didn't know what else to do. It's disgusting how a Co. took advantage of an elderly women like this. How on earth do you have people like this working for you!!!??? I will be going to the BBB and reporting this Co. so that no other elderly or anyone should get scammed by them again!!!
