We used Bruce's plumbing in the past and were pleased with service and price. This time they let us down. Came out quickly for an estimate for a new outdoor shower head and gave us a fair quoted price for the work. Then, they let us know with THREE no show appointments. No apologies for the no shows either. We moved onto a different plumber and we won't be back to Bruce's.

In spite of a mix-up on the date of our appointment and having to delay our appointment by one day, the plumber who came, James, was professional and did great work. He installed a new disposal and faucet in our condo kitchen in a very timely manner. The company invoiced us within an hour or so of his work and we were able to pay online. We will definitely use this plumbing service again, should we have a need.
