As cliché as this sounds I couldn't recommend them more highly. We have been using them to service our radiant heat/boiler system since 2013. Most of the work they've done incredibly quickly but there was one time that the boiler failed and the issue wasn't straight forward. You discover the level of integrity of someone when things don't go exactly to plan. It took some time for them to diagnosis the problem but the issue was finally resolved. We expected a HUGE bill for the amount of time they spent on it but they were incredibly restrained with the charge. They also replaced our water heater under warranty which could have gone either way. Theresa and Charlie are the best. We are so grateful that they are out there. You'll think so too.

We love Bruce Plumbing & Heating. Often when we call, they arrive the same day. Always within the week. Charley is our man. He's generous and efficient. Has done some terrible jobs in our house without a grimace. Charley adapted the old washer/dryer site in a perfect bathroom and moved the original washer/dryer to a better place. Both efficiently and beautifully designed. He constructed a masterful circular shower curtain rod from copper piping. Said that was the first time he'd used all he learned in school!

Nice folks but had an awful experience and would never hire again. Paid them over $500 to clear some drains and fix some dripping faucets. A week later one of the drains was leaking all over the basement and the faucets were dripping again. They charged me $200 to fix a faucet that you can replace for $80. Not sure why they didn't recommend replacing it instead. They offered to come back and fix the work but were too busy and couldn't get me in for 2 weeks so I went with another company that could come fix their work the following day. Expensive mistake.

We had a broken valve on a tub and the water flowing into the tub could not be shut off. In order to shut off the tap, we had to shut of the water for the entire building. Although all the service tech's were booked solid, Teresa took our call and got Charlie out to our apartment building right away to fix the problem. As a result of Bruce's excellent service, none of our residents were inconvenienced!
