had a appt. all set up and then texted and said his dog had to be put down. No problem,ahd that done before. The problem is we tried multiple times to reschedule ,or get an answer when the job would be done. Nol answer. Simply blew us off. Don't know if he does good work,but must have showed up somewhere. Bad business!

Bruce Lee Plumbing came out and repaired the backflow valve in our bathroom. He was up front on his pricing, showed up on-time, and walked me through the entire process, including the price difference in doing the job better than necessary. He did the completed the job fast. A good conversationalist who has good values and all-around charm. Would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repair.
