Our family has been using Bruce Allyn plumbing for years and LOVE him. Excellent service. Our experiences with David have not been so good. Poor communication, not proving an estimate, etc. the work seems fine but the customer service is not great.

Horrible experience with this company and it's work. Make sure you get a quote in writing before anything is done.
Don't believe David (the son) when you ask for a quote and he says, ""oh, we will be reasonable and get you one"". He also was extremely rude and demeaning when I called and tried to discuss the issues I had with his work and with his exorbitant billing.
After the work was done, the house inspector for my buyer did not like the work and after complaints to the owner it was redone.
I am told this is out of character for this company but I can only speak from my experience.

Bruce has been my plumber for 18 years. I highly recommend him. He has replumbed and repaired my whole house including a huge kitchen remodel. He is extremely capable, honest, and helpful. His work is excellent and has held up over the years.

This company has absolutely horrible customer service.
Its even more surprising that their awful customer service comes from an OFFICE MANAGER. Her name is Shawna Sharp. I tried to make an appointment with her on September 8th. She was nice back then and she said she will let me know with a confirmed date and time. I contacted her again on september 13th because i did not get any response from her. She said someone whos in charge of making an appointment has not given her a confirmed date yet. Alright still fine. But this had to be done by september 30th and i still did not get any calls from her. Today is September 27th and i had only three days to get service. So i called her again to make sure if she still remembers that she needs to call me, she said it will be done by due date. I asked her if they provide a service on saturday as well because september 30th is saturday. Then she asked me if i still want to get a service from them or not? Excuse me? What the heck? Was that my question? I just wanted to double check if she knows that 30th is saturday and thats how she answered my question. Just unbelievable

Called to schedule a backflow valve quote and install and a month later, I'm still waiting for a call back. Time to look for a reliable Plummer!!!
