Bruner was great from beginning to end. This was for a rental, so he was tasked with coordinating with tenants, and it went so smooth. He is extremely responsive, honest, professional and quick! My AC wasn't blowing cold and I called for a diagnosis. They showed up when they said the next day and it was a simple issue that it was just shut off from the work done before by an electrician and forgot to turn the switch in the control box back on. He flipped it back and I wasn't charged! Very nice and professional the whole time. Whatever AC work I need in the future I will call BRS Mechanical.

I got bids for a heat pump install only from vendors with at least a four-star rating. BRS Mechanical had, by far, the most competitive price. So we went with them...and we are so glad that we did. Bruner and his crew lived up to their high rating, and all of the positive comments mentioned by other reviewers - honest, patient, thorough in his explanations, professional, cleaned up well, etc. As for the heat pump install, it was very clean and the system works as advertised. The warranties are also great. We will definitely go with BRS for any future heating and cooling needs.

BRS came out during the heatwave. Our AC unexpectedly broke down. We really needed AC fixed ASAP and my wife called BRS and spoke to Bruner himself. He showed up with his partner and they fixed the system expeditiously and left a clean work area.

The things that mattered the most to us was timeliness, friendly, professional, and ac expertise. We got all the above and beyond.

I selected BRS to install a heat pump and air handler in my home. The factors were experience and a willingness to discuss all options.
The unit I chose was somewhat unique and presented some installation challenges. Luis and Bruner personally supervised the installation, overcame all the challenges, and did an absolutely first rate job. They explained every step of the installation to me, made themselves available for questions, and left the worksite neat and clean. Their crew was courteous and professional and thus far the unit is functioning as expected.
I did considerable research before choosing the unit and the installer. Their price was competitive and though some additional work was required, they completed the job on time and exactly as estimated.
I have no connection to BRS or anyone involved with it. I was not asked to write a review nor given any incentives to do so. I would not hesitate to use and recommend BRS.

We have an older HVAC system that worked well when I first bought the house, but wouldn't produce cold air when we tried using it since the weather had warmed up. We called them for a free diagnosis of the system, fully expecting to need a new compressor. They responded to my calls very quickly and had someone out the next day. Upon assessing the system, they pointed out the wiring was done incorrectly, made the appropriate changes, and the AC ran extremely well. They did not charge us for the change. Very professional crew, will use again if needed.
