Bruner answered my call and answered all of my questions that I had. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule the same day. He was very straight forward and did not try to up sell anything. Fixed my problem with my AC unit without any issues and that was that! Couldn't ask for more when it came to excellent service! If I ever have an issue again I will be calling BRS right away!!

After reading some horror reviews on the ""bigger name"" companies, I'm glad I called BRS Mechanical instead. I called to have my furnace checked out and Bruner was able to come even earlier than scheduled. He tested my furnace three times, explained to me what he checked and what might be a problem in the future. But did not charge me for the diagnostic since he found nothing wrong. This is definitely an honest company! I will use this company again in the future for any heating or A/C needs and am recommending BRS to my family and friends.

Bruner (Luis) is hands down the best AC/Heating/HVAC contractor there is in San Diego. Him and his team are extremely professional, reply to your inquires and questions quickly, and their work is top notch.

After a grueling month of going through HOA approval to install central AC, Bruner was able to get me scheduled within days. He did a walk through first, let me know to expect, & gave me a great timeline. He cleaned up the mess (which was so minimal I didn't even notice until he said something) after everything was said and done, he made sure the equipment worked, and gave me instructions of what to expect next.

I've already sent Bruner's info along to my friends. I can't thank him enough!

This is only the second time I have given a review on a service, this, without question is a 5 star establishment. Our air conditioner stop working in the hot month of August, called BRS Mechanical, came out the next day and repaired it. Bruner repaired the unit and was very courteous and professional. I even paid a lot less than I was originally quoted. He even repaired a gas leak at minimal cost. I know who to call next time, BRS Mechanical is the only place that I will call for a/c service.

Because of the high rating and good reviews on Yelp, I called BRS Mechanical for a quote to recharge my upstairs and downstairs AC units, as I didn't believe I was getting as much cooling as I should. Spoke with Bruner who gave me a competitive quote. Also, he was able to come out the next day! Bruner arrived as expected, and the service I received surprised me. He verified both my AC units were cooling within spec (indicating no loss/leakage of Freon, and therefore no need to recharge), but he found my return vent filters were dirty and in need of replacing. I had spare filters on hand, so Bruner called it a ""courtesy visit"" and didn't charge me a penny! Had any other less honest company done the visit, they easily could have invented a number of repairs to make and charged me hundreds of dollars. But not Bruner! I have found my AC technician for the future, and I can't recommend Bruner and BRS Mechanical highly enough!
