I had this Company come to replace my coil in 2020 and replace my thermostat controller. They came and installed it, very responsibly priced. I had been shopping around and they beat out the other Companies. Recently the thermostat controller went out they came replaced under warranty just had to pay for labor since it was about 4 years old. I also had them tune up AC unit. They are my go to Company. Great Value and Quality work at reasonable prices.

Can't say enough positive things about our experience with BRS! They replaced a previous mini-split system for us that was installed by another company and had nothing but problems. We had to have them out for a few service calls and Bruner always responds quickly and comes out asap. Bruner is always able to figure out the problem and fix it!!!he also will show you how to make an easy fix yourself and no charge for the call. BRS stands by their warranty and is always so professional and friendly.

Our A/C was not working. Your in the middle of July and the heat is about to get here. Found BRS Mechanical Hearting & Cooling they answer right away and came to our house the next day. There price is very affordable. They fix our A/C. Thank You again BRS

If I could give zero stars I would. They came out and topped off our a/c with freon(?) and at the time let us know that we actually needed a new system more sooner than later. They were right and the entire process seemed like a smooth transaction with a knowledgeable and friendly company. We were charged $289 which was reasonable and we paid. I recently noticed that they actually charged our card $3000+. That was back in August. That is ample time for them to notice their mistake if it was a mistake and not fraud. I will admit that I should have noticed before then, so stupid on my part. But we had recently gone on a trip not long before I received our statement and figured we spent a lot more than Id thought. We paid our cc bill. But now we have to go through an investigation with Citibank that will take up to 90 days. I guess I was assuming that companies keep way better track of their bookkeeping than I do. Apparently I was wrong. Good thing I keep receipts!


Update, the owner definitely responded and refunded the money, even before I posted this review. they refunded the money as soon as they were contacted by our CC company. So either they had not noticed the mistake and as soon as it was pointed out they rectified it or they knew they were busted and refunded the money. I'm going to assume the best and say it was the former. Thanks for correcting your mistake guys. That's good customer service!

My AC unit stopped working. They're response time was quick. They did a quick job on diagnosing what the problem was and thoroughly explained what was wrong. They had the parts and fixed it the same day. Thank you for your quick, reliable service!

My A/C unit stopped working all of a sudden and I came to yelp, found BRS Heating & cooling and based on the reviews I decided to call!!! NO REGRETS!! Bruner came the next day, assed the situation and explained what was wrong and the options I had, he never try to push to upsell, I loved that! Him and his team are Extremely professional, careful of the property, On time, considerate with the customer!!!

Very nervous to have HVAC issues right after I bought a new house. Didnt know who to trust. I called BRS and they came quick, were very honest, and had expertise. If you have issues don't hesitate to call them. They were honest and fair.

Why can't all contractors be like BRS?


They are as honest and upfront as can be, knowledgeable, very fairly priced, sold me and installed just what I need without an attempt to upsell, clean, prompt, and courteous.

Of the 8 bids I received for a new AC/heat pump install and reducting, they were by far my first choice. I'm very glad I chose them, you should most definitely consider them.
