Called a few companies to get quotes/pricing on the replacement of my evaporator coil in the attic and Bruner was the first person to return my call and we probably spent 15 min trying to diagnose the problem over the phone. From the get go he was honest, transparent and knowledgeable. Finally he came out the next day and he basically told me what the problem was and the next day sent me a quote. Always responsive and quick with the questions I had. He's pricing is very competitive across all other companies here in San Diego, but what's most important for me was the attention to detail and the answers he provided with all the questions I had. Normally when I purchase something I tend to do long extensive research on companies but BRS Mechanical was outstanding. A week later he was out here to replace the unit, he got here on time 8:00 am, took all the necessary precautions regarding COVID, wearing a mask all the time, wearing shoe covers, etc. After 6 hours of working in the attic installing the new coil everything was working properly. Very happy with this company. I highly recommend Bruner and his company.

He and his team relocated 2 HVAC air handlers into my attic and installed new ducting to replace my aging fiberglass ducting. The air quality has dramatically improved! Bruner from the get go was transparent, honest and not trying to sale you on anything. Explains pros and cons and is very thorough on all details of the work. His team installed a brand new 16 seer HVAC system, new vents, thermostat and checked all ducting in my home....all while being safe (booties & masks) the entire time. I am typically a very fickle person when it comes to making big purchases (ask my wife) and doubt everything and everyone. His proposal was transparent and straight to the point of what I said I needed. Definitely my go to person moving forward for plumbing, heating and AC needs.
