Purchased two of these spas over the last eight years. My second one was not perfect but after Alan and Chad did the deep dive and raise the spot off the ground like a Las Vegas circus act they found out the pump is broken and they replaced it the following Monday. I'm glad Browns stood by the product and took care of me by the end of the process, plus they gave me free chemicals Props to Brandi in Newnan for all her patience As well as Caroline Word !

We were in contract for a home in Douglassville and I needed a pool inspection. The person answering the phone was very professional and understanding however, when it came to actually speaking to the person who performed the inspection I couldn't get in touch with him. Chad did the job and called me but I missed his initial call. I had some questions about some things I saw and just wanted clarification. A home is one of the biggest investments you make in life and I wanted to have as much information as I could to make a decision either way. I always understood that when you pay for an inspection company they are working for your best interest. I understand this is the busy season for pools and for that reason, I left a message at the office stating what I was concerned about so you could leave a text or email. I'm still waiting. We have since completed our due diligence and decided not to buy. Too many uncertainties. We will still be looking in Douglassville and I would love to use Browns Pools and Spa for my pool and spa building and maintenance.

Well when my husband and I opened our pool this year we decided to give them a try . He was working with Amanda Todd had to keep taking samples up there trying to figure out what was going on I was breaking out, my son was breaking out it was horrible. We had to end up draining over half our pool because of all the salt she had told us too add. A few weeks ago I happened to go through Todd's phone and you can only imagine my surprise when I found that not only had she (Amanda) been servicing my pool but, she had also been servicing my husband. I can't give a very good review as far as my pool goes but, why don't you contact my husband Todd Cochran about the other services rendered ? Ladies be warned she definitely ain't nothing to look at but, she's persistent.

we had brown's install our in-ground pool in 2011. the next year the motor went out on our pump. next year same thing motor went out. now in 2020 the motor has gone out again! they want nearly $600 to replace it! this may not be much to them but it is a great deal to us. i asked if this was normal and they said if it was not maintained properly as in if water dropped below level. i told them i never let the water get below level! i felt like they were trying to blame me for the motors going bad! you would think they would be willing to do something to make this right! really at this point not sure what we are going to do! i have always used them for the pool but really thinking hard about finding some one else!

Best pool supply place around!!! Everyone is knowledgeable and no pressure sales ethics make them a leader in the field. For the Newnan, Peachtree City, and surrounding areas this is the only place I would recommend. Great crew of people, supplies, and accessories!!! GREAT PRICES TOO!

I purchased this A6L Bullfrog Spa on 2-17-24, it was installed on 03-28-24, when I let the cover up I thought it looked unstable, but I also thought maybe it was a different cover from my last HotTub. Then I noticed as I was letting the cover back from the side, I noticed the side panel was lose and falling off, I emailed Melissa and explained to her what happened, she replied back that someone from tech would contact me the next day, that never happened. I then spoke with Tim and he said he would have someone to contact me and he did, they called and said they would be out monday, the guy came and siad it was instaled improperly and he could fix it, he did work on it and I thought he corrected the issue, but he just screwed the panel into the side with a longer screw, but it's still not installed correctly, the bars for hot tub are n ot even, so its still an issue closing it. I call May 3rd and spoke to Tim again , he said he would be back in touch Monday, well its Thursday and still no news. I am SO displeased in the purchase and support of this Spa, we spent over 16,000 dollars on it and with in 2 weeks its falling apart, you had no problems taking my money, but don't care about taking care of the customer. As of May 9th 2024, I still have no answers. If you decide to buy from Brown's please keep a records on you purchase, you'll need it. Wishing I could turn back time, Lisa

confused by the negative reviews, I bought my first home 2years ago and it had a pool. Knowing absolutely nothing about maintaining a pool the entire staff was incredible and walked me through everything! Everyone has always been so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. There was even one time I called outside of their hours because I thought I broke my pool pump and they called me right back after my panicked message.

Horrible pool service, and even worse customer service. This company didnt even clean the pool deck behind themselves!! They also run up the bill over what you're initially quoted.
