Woke up to a leaking sink, just my luck ?. Called Browns and spoke with Kimber. She said she could have a tech out as soon as tomorrow. Better yet, got a call and got squeezed in this afternoon. Thank you Drake for coming out! This is not the first time we have had Browns out (and sure it won't be the last), they are always professional, respectful and clean their mess up after! If you need a plumbing service, we highly recommend their service!

Brown's Plumbing Service is the absolute best plumber we've ever encountered. Prices cannot be beat and the work was the most professional we've ever had. We had our main water line not only replaced, but moved and they used a boroscope which not only saved our lawn from being tore up from trenching, but after they left, we could barely tell they were ever there! And they did all of this with the highest quality materials at more than $1000 less than any competitor including the ridiculously expensive Ben Franklin Plumbing. Additionally, they did the work in record time! Less than 8 hours! We cannot praise these guys these guys enough. We will most definitely call on them for any of our future plumbing needs.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience...came to fix a leaky faucet. Thought it was fixed ... took a bath and water leaked from the 2floor through to the first floor ceiling which was just redone 8 months ago. No worries I thought because they said they would send a guy out to fix the ceiling damage. Never heard back from them after one follow up call reassuring me it would be taken care of. They told me to call back if I did but that's not my responsibility after one follow up call.

Very good & personable. He responds very quickly and is easy to reach via text, which makes the scheduling a lot easier. I would definitely use him again. Price is similar to Boyer and other plumbing services.
