Truth is I went to high school with Fred. But here's the deal. Family owned and operated for 40+ years. He doesn't spend a nickel on promotion and ads. All word of mouth from satisfied customers. When you put high quality service at a reasonable price out there you don't need to spend money promoting your business.

Minor plumbing emergency: returned my call within an hour on a Sunday, set up job for the following morning, then got it done on time and on budget. No suprises, very pleasant to work with. Will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

I called Brown's plumbing on Sunday with a non-emergency and they called back 8:00 am Monday morning. By 9:30, they had someone out here, fixing my problem! Reasonable rates, courteous service, and they didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Funny the last reviewer shared the same comment, but it really does not get any better than this company! Hands up, down and heck hug yourself! Finally, a plumbing company with values.

Honesty, professionalism and just a sense of ease the entire visit.

Calls start with Mary (Fred's wife), then either Fred or his son Sean or both come out your way.

Mary is friendly, careful and considerate with her questions and notes. The visit goes the same way with courtesy, attention to detail and stellar cleanup!

I recommend the heck out of this family because they are true STARS in their field. I have seen their work at a few homes and I still had a bit of anticipation since it was a new plumber, but it went away the minute they showed up! I have worked with the company several times now. Exceptional service and value too.
