Dealing with this company was wonderful from start to finish - the lady that took my call was wonderful and friendly and the service tech - I believe his name is Alex - was wonderful - helpful and fixed the problem !! Great company to deal with and I will definitely call them from now on - thank you !!

Do not call this plumbing company!! They tell you they are going to do something or that they are going to come back out and they never do!!! No matter how many times you call or write, they say they'll come but they don't. They get their money for the job and then forget about you. Don't waste your money or your time!!

I'm so happy we called Mr. Brown! We bought an older house, and I hired a large A/C company to come do maintenance on a 2003 A/C unit. The technician from large company saw the A/C unit, found a small Freon leak and wouldn't touch the unit to even service it. I had to pay the service fee anyway. We got two estimates, one for repair and one for a new unit. Both were something we couldn't afford. Two weeks later the unit froze over, and stopped working. We called another large company for estimate. Again, the estimate wasn't something we could afford at the time. And then we called Mr. Brown. He knew what the issue was immediately. He tightened a few things, topped off our Freon, and got everything up and running even though we had only asked for an estimate. He's getting an estimate up for us, but said the A/C unit will probably last another year or so. I will definitely be calling (and recommending) Brown's Air Conditioning for all my future A/C needs.

The team from Brown's heating and plumbing made short work of replacing my 22 year old water heater ,though it will sadly be missed, it was replaced with a brand new one. The price was reasonable , professional and committed to accomplishing the work needed. Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience. This restores my faith in local businesses. I look forward to call on them again when needed and I will definitely tell my family and friends.

First, I called in the morning and they were here two hours later. My heat pump was overheating. Alex had it fixed quickly and he showed me the bad part which needed to be replaced. The charge was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company.

Built a new house in their area was a little skeptical of using someone local but after the service we received I would definitely recommend them - the only trade we had to come in UNDER budget. Honesty and Great Great Service- Keep up this great small town business

These guys are great. Honest and trustworthy people. You won't find a better company to deal with. If only every company operated like they did.

Recently had to deal with them for a very simple work that needed to be done in our kitchen due to remodeling and we are more than disappointed with this company. We heard their name from a contractor because he knew they did some work on one of the houses he worked on too, so we looked them up and saw 2 good reviews. For us, it was completely different. First they said they would come out to look at our place and never showed up. We called him that day and they said something came up but would be there next day after finishing another job. Didn't show up again. We called them and they said the other job ran longer than expected, but yet, they never even called to let us know they would not make it. Then they came out the following day and ran the gas line under the floor to the outside and left two wholes in our floor and said it was because they didn't have everything they need needed to fix it before they left, we had to fix because we had flooring put down the next day and couldn't reschedule and wait for them to come back on Monday. They send 2 guys Monday morning, they came in, talk to each other and left without even doing anything or going to the basement to look at the other part that needed to be done. No phone calls - in the afternoon, the manager, Lamar - scheduled to meet my husband at 4 pm and my husband leaves work early to be there, but gets the 4:00 traffic on I-85 and gets there at 4:20 and he is gone because he scheduled for 4- but while he was waiting he cut a piece of the pipe for the dishwasher that needed to be cut, and let the water from the pipe run on the new wood floor that was put down a few days earlier. He said he would be back on Tuesday morning - next day and I called him to ask if this time around the work would be done and he told me that he needed to see what needed to be done first, so no it wouldn't and gave me all kinds of excuses - first he wanted to wait for the new cabinets to be installed even though we told him for the gas line area, there will be no cabinets, just the stove, then he said he needs the stove to be there - the appliances aren't getting delivered until all cabinets and countertops are done, and then about the water on the floor - he said there was water in the pipe and he thought we had tile on the floor, not wood, bc it was covered. If you are a plumber and you know water will run out when you cut the pipe, get something ahead of time to catch the water and if you don't see anything you can use, don't do it. Call us and tell us why you couldn't do it. Don't simply do it and let the wood floor get damaged - if you are cutting wholes on someone's floor, make sure you have everything you need to fix it before you leave. If you can't make an appointment, call the person and let them know or if you go and can't do the job for whatever reason, call the person.... very bad communication skills, no respect for anyone's schedule and didn't make a good impression as a confident professional - after a whole week of nothing, don't tell me you need to come to the house and look at it again to know what you need to do...will never use their services again and do not recommend to anyone else!!!. Clearly our job was too small for his busy company, so they just kept giving us the run around and I now have to find someone else to finish the job. I actually give no stars... but it is not an option...Horrible, horrible experience...

Wonderful experience working with them year after year - on both the plumbing and AC sides. Completely remodeled my house and they were one of just a few contractors that completed their part on time with professionalism. Recently I had an AC question, so I dropped in before work and Steve gave me all the info I needed to satisfy me. Great guys, the people they have working for them are also great and they will do a professional, clean job for a fair price.
