Some say I grew up in this business, but I have also explored other interests in my life. The knowledge gained from my past career and education has only enhanced my capability to steer this company forward. For approximately 15 years, I have been fully engaged in the family business, and during that time, I have been involved in the rebates and warranties department, accounting, and customer service, answering calls. At the end of the day, I have washed tarps, emptied trash, and cleaned bathrooms—I understand the hard work involved. Alongside this dedicated team, I am excited about our bright future.

Very pleased with Brown's service. Lost heat on a Monday evening, and we called Brown's on Tuesday morning before New Years Eve. They explained that they were booked all day, but they would try to call us after 2pm and squeeze us in. We were very happy when a repair person called in the afternoon and said he was on his way. He was very professional and wore a mask. Unfortunately, he had to order a part. On Thursday, the part came in and the repair person returned to install it. It turned out there was a problem with another part, so the repair person left, but returned an hour later and was able to successfully finish the install. We were so grateful that they were able to make the repair before New Years. When they thought they weren't going to finish the install, they offered to bring us heaters! We recommend Brown's highly.

Their maintenance contract is easy and convenient and means everything is taken care of and maintained over time. The are easy to get hold of and capable in the event of semence. Good pricing and reliable. Highly recommend.
Melissa R.Brown does not back up their work. I had some work done, and the plumber said they backed up the work, then when I asked them to fix something that was not done correctly, they still charged me for the labor. The original plumber was no longer employed, so clearly he had not done great work, so they should have fixed it for free. In addition, the company hung up on me when I asked them to explain why. I tried to call back and they ignored my calls!
They deserve ZERO stars. Family owned business that can't get their act together. They can't service Trane products because they don't know what they are doing. 3 weeks without air conditioning and the runaround is ridiculous. Less than adequate staff makes matters worse and good luck getting someone on the phone that doesn't give you an attitude. Service contract is a joke. What is the point of a service contract if they don't know what they are doing?? Do yourself a favor and find qualified techs that know what they're doing and don't lie to you along the way. Disgraceful service.
Browns Heating and Cooling did a great job for our AC system. From the start, they made aquicj appoiintment and showed on time. The rep was couteous, neat and throrough in the explanation of the new system.
On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time, and did a clean installation. The new sysytem is working great and we are happy we chose Browns
Carolyn M.Browns has helped me out if many situations. My furnace went in December, I was frozen! The team at Browns had a technician out promptly to diagnosis my problem, unfortunately my furnace has seen better days and had to be replaced. I wasn't surprised, it had been past it's due date for some time. The team at Browns was quick and efficient in replacing the unit and immaculate with the remaining cleanup..... the next year it was a problem with my AC. Again the same pro planes and expertise had me cooled down in record time. The service is amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend Browns!
Came out promptly for service which was good - that was about it. Did a rough band aid of a faucet repair for $500+. Hot / cold reversed and wouldn't fix it when pointed out as a safety hazard for children. I reviewed the work, and after my shock asked the plumber - Are you happy with this? He very plainly replied 'No, I'm not', but still they were more than happy to run my card for the exorbitant amount. Had a local plumber out a week later to do it right at probably half the cost, with quality and no hassle. They will show up, but anyone who can stand there embarassed with their work but still expects to get paid top dollar doesn't cut it. Bye.

Should something go wrong with the service they provide they will deflect your calls, promise to call back and will not do so. It took me over a month and at least half a dozen calls to get them to refund a part they installed that didn't work. Furthermore, they only refunded a portion of the cost and claimed that $240 was for labor. When confronted, they rationalized the $240 by stating their service people had to come to my residence several times (15 minutes to confirm the part didn't work and another 10 minutes to retrieve the part). When speaking with them they tried to blame me for getting another contractor to complete the work.
Will never do business with this unethical and dishonest company again!
I called Brown's for a pilot light issue on my water heater. I was told there may be a service charge of 69.95, but if it was a simple re-light, usually there was no charge. The plumber arrived, pressed the same buttons I did but held them town longer and the pilot relit. He was there for 4 minutes, tops. He then had to check and see what he needed to charge me. He charged me $154. To press a button. Mumbled something about billable hours. Absurd. Will never ever use again. Thieves. Ridiculous.
He was a nice guy. His company is not good.

Last week we had a maintenance check up on our air conditioner. We were told that everything was fine with our air conditioner. The tech recommended that we would need more freon but we would be able to make it the rest of this year and that we should add the freon in April (8 months from date of service). Today the air conditioner is not working. We called the company and were told that they would charge us $200 to come look at it because it was after 5:00. We explained that this was only an emergency because their technician did not detect the problem last week. Had a problem been detected we would have fixed it then. They refused to acknowledge this and insisted that they would only come tonight for $200. As we continued to make our case that it was their tech's negligence that lead to the emergency the person I was speaking with hung up on me.
