While some claim I was raised in this industry, I have pursued various interests throughout my life. These experiences from my past career and education have only strengthened my ability to lead this company into the next decade. I have dedicated around 15 years to working full-time in our family business, and I have worked in various roles, including rebates and warranties, accounting, and customer service, where I answered calls. Ultimately, I have washed tarps, taken out the trash, and cleaned bathrooms—I know the effort it takes. Together with this wonderful staff, I eagerly anticipate our bright future.

Our thermostat indicated that our Carrier AC was not working- Carrier listed Brown's as an authorized agency for repairs. Our usual technicians ( another company who we had a contract with) could not come for 10 days during our recent severe heat spell. Browns came the same day and made repair ( clogged drain) in a few minutes. We now have a contract with Browns. And we see their truck in our neighborhood on a regular basis.
Browns is a reliable and trustworthy HVAC contractor who provides quality service and professionalism. Customers can certainly buy with confidence. My new AC and heating systems performs perfectly- installation was a breeze. Kudos to Joe C for heads up, timely customer service.
I was referred to Browns by a friend after ending our long association with another well know Heating/Plumbing firm in the area.
I called to request a repair for a furnace that was not working. The agent was friendly and helpful. The first availability was a few days away, but a slot opened up in their schedule and they ended up coming out a few hours after my call.
It was a simple repair to a (very) old furnace which they took care of immediately. The price was reasonable and I very much appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me, or raise any concerns about the age of the furnace (the usual tactic of their competitor).

I woke up this morning and my furnace wasn't working. I called Brown's and spoke to Yolanda who was very polite and was able to immediately send a tech to my home. Chris the tech quickly found the issue (a burnt out wire), replaced the wiring at a reasonable price and my heat was back up and running. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick and friendly service!
i can't say enough great / positive things about this company and staff - all around. our AC of course went during the heat wave and the tech came out asap . he ordered the part immediately and with in two days the part was in and the unit was fixed and working. from the office staff and techs everything was smoothe and easy . i would highly recommend and refer to anyone in need.
I had an annual contract with Browns for preventative maintenance and for priority if an emergency occurred. Multiple times I was cancelled on the day of the appointment often without any notice. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced from a service provider. Very sad for a business that prides itself on being a mom & pop shop that cares for their customers. I cancelled the contract because they never fulfilled their obligations to actually make a visit to ensure that my systems were in proper working order.
Staff that came to the house was very friendly and helpful. Companies prices are highway robbery. Payed $230 just for the truck to show up then another $180 for a part that cost $25 on Amazon or at a local grainer store. Would not recommend if your trying to be cost effective. Shop around.
If possible I would not give any stars. After 19 years of being a loyal customer we are saying goodbye to Browns. They had amazing customer service until a few years ago. I am fairly confident they had a management change. It is not easy to schedule a Maintance appointment pre season, and if you are lucky enough to score an appointment in season- they change them without any notice or notification to the homeowner, disregarding our schedule. I only found out when Browns failed to show up after their scheduled time. Person answering phone is beyond rude and overtalked myself and my husband. When asked to speak to the manager, she said he would not get on the phone nor would he return my call. When I asked his name she said Chris, would not give last name and said that he didn't care if we discontinued our service with them, and then hung up
on me. Chris-if you are reading this- that is no way to treat loyal customers.
Let's talk professional. Everyone I interacted with knew what they were doing. They came on time, identified the problems, ( I have used them more than once) told me what the solution was, gave me an estimate of the cost, said when they would be here to fix it, showed up when they said, and cleaned up after themselves. On top of every thing else they were polite and patiently answered all my questions.
these guys must be the best in their business. I called to have an ac issue looked at and the very rude girl that picked up the phone informed me that they are no longer taking new customers. the fact that I live about a mile or so from them and was told a few weeks ago to call back if the problem persisted didn't seem to matter.
so just to be clear ... I have not used them at all... just irritated that I wasted two weeks instead of calling someone else.
