Some say I grew up in this business, but I have also explored other interests in my life. These experiences from my past career and education have only strengthened my ability to lead this company into the next decade. For approximately 15 years, I have been fully engaged in the family business, and during that time, I have been involved in the rebates and warranties department, accounting, and customer service, answering calls. In the end, I have washed tarps, cleared trash, and cleaned restrooms—I grasp the hard work that goes into this. Together with this wonderful staff, I eagerly anticipate our bright future.

Dee W.Brown's Heating & Cooling did the inspection of a furnace for my clients for the Certificate of Occupancy in Tinton Falls. They got the necessary paperwork the township needed and got the certification from them to the township the same day so we could get the CCO done and closed out.
We needed a new garbage disposal and clean the drain in the shower. Our plumber was quick and precise. We were very happy with the outcome. He didn't have a new disposal wirh him but was back quickly to install it. Wonderful service with a smile.
these guys are really good, specially Alex, who was the last person to provide maintenance to our air system. He took the time to do the job correctly, provided excellent advice on how to deal with problems of a 20-year-old AC system. I have been using Brown for about 4 years and they have always done right by me. I recommend them

Well, actions have consequences, & theirs is losing customers!
T M.We use Brown's for annual maintenance on our hvac unit, which they also installed. Recently our AC stopped working. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the necessary part and returned in a few days to install it. All back to normal. We use them often. They are experienced, knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is also very helpful, responsive and polite. Very pleased with their work.
Always have been on time for service. Very helpful when calling office. All technicians have been polite and are respectful of your home. I switched from electric appliances to gas and Browns installed the gas lines and on demand hot water heater. Very pleased with their work.
Timely arrival. Zero'd in and focused on the task at hand. Technician explained the proposed solution before implementing, and talked through the expected results after the fix was executed. Price was reasonable. Service was courteous, and polite.
Took off from work for a scheduled heating certification appointment which I had to schedule approximately 2 weeks in advance because of limited availability. The appointment was scheduled between Noon and 3pm. No technician arrived within the scheduled time period. Called the office at approximately 3:30pm asking if the technician was delayed etc. Person in the office said that they would send over the next available technician. Technician called my phone at approximately 4:30pm saying that they would be at my house around 5pm which was a message that I did not receive until approximately 5:45pm. Called the technician and the call went to voicemail. Called the office back looking for update and was told that I had reached the answering service but they would leave a message and someone would get back to me. Waited one hour, no response and called the technician again and left another voicemail. Called the office again and was connected to the answering service again and which point I was told not to expect a call until the following day as they were closed and I shouldn't expect to hear anything until the following day.
I was quite annoyed at this point and ended up spamming the technician's phone. Technician finally picked up the phone after several rings and he advised me that because I didn't pick up the phone in the window when he called that it was assumed I was not available and thus they cancelled my appointment. Went back and forth several times about how annoyed I was given that I had called the office asking where they were and because I wasn't sitting by my cell phone it was assumed I wasn't there. At no point prior to this was I told that I needed to answer the phone 30 minutes before arrival that I was ready for this previously scheduled appointment.
Eventually, I had to call and reschedule the appointment turned into that the technician could fit me in the following day but only because I was persistent on the phone.
I tried to be understanding that the technician was running behind schedule because it is hot outside and I imagine most HVAC techs are needed for emergencies, however, I totally got screwed. If you have a scheduled appointment with this company I recommend you harass them if they are running behind schedule or else they just might not show up.
HORRIBLE!! Do NOT use this firm! The women in the office are RUDE and UNACCOUNTABLE. I waited for 2+ hours for them to arrive and then called to inquire about the ETA. The call was ""disconnected""and I had to call back. I kept getting the run around -- excuse after excuse -- and then the plumber ""couldn't make it"". We had confirmed the appointment TWICE earlier in the day. ZERO STARS!
At one time, they were an OK company. This is no longer true.
They couldn't fix a leak in a kitchen sink. Should be plumbing 101, right?
Not only are they inept, when I asked them to return and fix the problem, they made me wait 5 days for an appointment, then NEVER SHOWED UP.
When I called back, they said soonest they could now come is an additional 4 days. I complained until I was transferred to Silvia, who offered to send someone in 2 days ""if you want to pay a surcharge"". WTF, right. After more back and forth, she finally said Kevin would come the next day between 1 and 3. Well, Five O'clock comes. No Kevin.
I didn't even mention how rude their ""customer service"" people are.
Would give negative number of stars if possible. Completely inept and unprofessional company.
