Fast, reliable, and honest. Brown's is the go-to for our community. They take care of our plumbing and HVAC needs regularly and don't try to oversell. A good example is from having a new washer that overflowed the drain each time it emptied. They worked for a good 30-45 minutes snaking the drain, going on the roof to clear the air duct for it, etc. Then helped us know that because we had the original water lines (smallest available per code back in 2000), and that we had purchased a high efficiency washer, we would always have that problem if doing large loads because of the output. The solution from many would have been either buy a different washer, or replacing the drain lines with larger pipe, however with a little research, they shared either to use only the high efficiency setting with little water, and sprinkling to rinse, or, stop it mid cycle when emptying a larger load. Only a charge for less than an hour for scoping and clearing the drains. It could have been much more. (By the way, I just take a book and sit by the washer now if I have a large load). There are similar outcomes with the HVAC system.

Who ever answers the phone does not care about assisting your needs at all. She seems incompetent to the company's human resources. Or anything about the company. I would fire her. Your missing out on alot of money because of her.

These guys are crooks. I was forced to go through them due to the First American home warranty for a house i bought this summer (first american will get scathing review as well). They took our $75 dollars that was mandated by the warranty for initial call, then never sent the report to first american. However, they were quick to provide us with a quote for the work ""just in case"" first american didnt cover. Browns lied and told me that they were in process of negotiating when they never even sent first american warranty the report! I truely believe they use first american home warranty to screw over home owners. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I wouldn't trust them to do the work even if it does get paid for by the home warranty!

Horrible customer service the wife of the owner thinks she is a princess or something and she is probably going to bring her husbands buisiness down
There was a problem with plumbing they have done and over the weekend a pipe broke
I was told they will call me first thing in the morning Monday and of course they did not
She started talking about charges before she even knows about the job
They reluctantly gave a window of 4 hours without even having assigned a worker then I call to get an update and she says my agent told you it is between 12 and 4
I said but she also told me you have not dispatched anyone and I do not appreciate the attitude ,I said when I spoke to her husband he was very obliging and not rude
She said you are not the only customer
I said I realize that but I am one of your customers
Her ego got on her way of customer service and she decided to hang up and void the service good riddance I would say
Then I went on yelp and lo and behold someone else complained about their poor service
May be they think they are too big to fail but maybe that is the start of their failure to be rude to your customers will not get you anywhere
Manners are indicated when doing A SERVICE for pay

Poor customer service from Brown's today. We had an appointment scheduled for between 1 and 4 for some electrical work. Wife took vacation to cover for it. Brown's called at 3:45 to say there was no way they could come due to the storm. Why not call earlier to cancel? My company is emergency related as well and we always call at first notice of a cancellation so as not to put the homeowner out any more than necessary! I doubt we'll be using their services again....
