Family friend referred to use these people told us the services were $60 flat the guy came out on a Sunday maybe it was my fault all you had to do was switch the switch on the breaker I couldn't find.But that wasn't the problem because the heat has still not come back on he charged 80 bucks $85 and checked the air condition in the air conditioning was not the problem it was the heat I knew I have air long story short I'm still in the same boat as before worse and worse off without my money this guy ripped me off

I needed major plumbing work done in my home and received estimates from 4 local companies. The highest was Brown's but I went with them as they were highly recommended. Big mistake. They didn't show up as scheduled, didn't finish as scheduled, didn't do what was promised, and did bad work. They actually ran the plumbing directly over live electrical outlets. No wonder they didn't want to pull any permits. Any company that would gouge an elderly woman should not be in business. They advertise heavily in Heritage Pines where John and his wife live and in Timber Pines. Avoid.

I have used Brown's for almost 4 years now. They have been very accommodating with emergency calls and my schedule. I just remodeled my kitchen and both baths. John and his crew came to disconnect the plumbing and reconnect 10 days later. They cleaned up afterwards, much more than I expected. John is very honest and fair. I highly recommend Brown's to my neighbors and friends.
