I called Brownlee on Wednesday to request an appointment to get an estimate on moving pipes from a bulkhead into the ceiling and had an appointment scheduled the next day. So, that was amazing. Mr. Fox showed up (on time). In about 15 minutes he evaluated the job, gave me a ballpark estimate (which was more than I wanted to spend) and explained why it was that high, and then recommended to me that I don't move the pipes and why. I really appreciate the straightforward honest assessment of a professional (who could have easily suggested it would be worth it for him to take my money). Again, amazing. Brownlee is now at the top of my list for companies to call when I need a plumber. Thanks (oh, and we had a good laugh about rival sports teams)

Brownlee Plumbing is a skilled, professional, trustworthy organization. I needed a plumber immediately for what I thought was an emergency. Other plumbers pushed me off and were unable to make time to assess my issue. When I explained my concerns to their receptionist, she immediately contacted Jotis to see if they could squeeze me in at the end of the day and she did. They had great communication throughout the day, notifying me by email and text of their status and when I might expect them within the appointment window. When they arrived, they were in full COVID prevention gear which made me feel safe having them in my home. Their work and equipment was state of the art and they explained things thoroughly to me. I hope I don't need a plumber again - but if I do, this is my first call. I give them my highest recommendation.

Mr Jotis and his team are very professional. They arrived on time, texted us before arrival, very reasonable pricing. We used them to replace the main water line back in June 2020. We would recommend and will use them again.

Usually when you have to call a plumber it's not a good thing but brownlee plumbing eased all my worries and got me fixed up with lighting quick response and turnaround time . Today we had exceptional service from Jermal. He arrived 30 minutes before we were expecting him, which in our case was much appreciated. He was clean and considerate, even took his shoes off at our front door. He didn't mind that our young daughter wanted to watch him work. He worked efficiently and even showed us how to prevent needing the same service in the future. Couldn't be happier with the service he provided or recommend him more highly!

Fortunately I knew this was going to happen sooner rather than later since the existing unit was 16 years old and living on borrowed time. I contacted several plumbing companies in advance to get a feel for the cost and Jotis at Brownlee Plumbing impressed me with his knowledge, prices, and customer service. I saved his number in my favorites and told him I will be in touch when the event occurs. Figures it was the Sunday before Christmas when I spotted the leak. I called Jotis and he immediately scheduled me for the next morning first thing. They were prompt, professional, pleasant, and it was all a job well done. His prices were much more inline to what they should be compared to other plumbers in my specific area who overcharge for everything. I will definitely use Brownlee Plumbing anytime a plumbing issue comes up without hesitation.

We requested a quote from several plumbers when our sewer line backed up on a weekend. Brownlee was the first and only plumber to respond the same day. Everyone else waited until Monday morning. Brownlee also offered the best price among the very few reasonable prices quoted. They showed up on time, did their job efficiently and effectively, and charged what they said they would. All the while they were pleasant and friendly -- very nice guys. Plus they video inspected the drain pipe and gave me an HONEST evaluation of the condition of the line. No price gouging or upselling, which was a relief. I will be happy to do business with them again if (when) I need additional plumbing services.
