After years of using a larger chain for our plumbing needs, we started to use Brownlee Plumbing for some smaller plumbing issues (leaky pipes, replacing valves, etc.) and had a wonderful experience. So when we noticed a large pool of water in our front yard, and it was confirmed that our main water line needed replacement, we once again reached out to Brownlee Plumbing for help.

The quote we received was lower than competitors, and they were able to start work immediately, which was important since we were scheduled to leave town. Jotis and his team showed up during the scheduled arrival time and were able to replace our main water line in one day. The county inspector approved the work the next day, and our travel plans were left uninterrupted.

Brownlee Plumbing took care of everything for the project, invoiced exactly what they quoted, and worked extremely quickly to fix our issue. We will be using them for other projects in the future.

We used Brownlee for several years but their model seems to have changed. They have a service answering their calls, so the people who answer the phone can only pass your message along, they don't have any information or plumbing knowledge. For a recent service call this meant many back and forth phone calls and then waiting for someone to call me back (which didn't always happen). The second issue is cost...the estimate they gave us was a full 30% higher than another company recommended by a neighbor and the work was identical. We went with the other company.

We used Brownlee Plumbing for the first time recently when we discovered a pipe leaking from under our kitchen sink and into our basement. The service from Brownlee was excellent from start to finish.

I received a text confirmation with an eta and another when the job was completed. The folks that came out to fix the issue were efficient and got the job done. I even received a call the day after to make sure everything was going ok. We will be using Brownlee again and will be sure to share how great they treated us with friends and neighbor.

These guys took my call at 10pm on a Sunday and had my sewer backup cleared by midnight. They were up front with pricing, accurate, and fair. Because I did not have a sewer access point, they had to remove a toilet temporarily, and it is now reinstalled much better than it was. We are very happy overall.

Quick response, had all the equipment and materials they needed, and were thorough. I didn't like hearing I need to replace my main sewage line, but that's not their fault. I could see it plain as day on the video as it unfolded, and they were patient enough to answer all the questions I could come up with. Would use again.
