This company is a fraud. They pumped my septic system in April 2022. Tenants started to have sewer issues a few month later. I hired another to inspect and they found that the inlet tank was not pumped. Don't use this company for anything. The inlet tank was packed with solid.

Stay away from this company at any cost, poor service, our septic tank got pumped out, but they did leave bottom of the tank settlement which will in time is going to cause pump failure

Brownie's is amazing! We had them come out to check behind Total Septic when after Total Septic had pumped our tank, it was full in 3 weeks. Nate and William were so helpful and found that the previous company had left wires above ground causing our pump to trip. They did not charge for pumping as they said we didn't need to pump it, since once our pump was back on and running that would take care of our issue. We ended up paying just a service fee. William also took the time to give us tips on maintaining and troubleshooting, really great customer service! We can't thank them enough and we will recommend Brownies to everyone we know!

Septic issues over Labor Day weekend! Brownie's made experience as best as possible - no way around that there will be price to pay - but reasonable cost, prompt, accommodating and our problem is resolved. Super nice folks from answering service to William and Dream. Highly recommend. Very grateful.

An absolutely horrible customer service experience, especially with Bob Howard, their business development person, who clearly doesn't care about how his company communicates. We were told that it was $175 to come out, but that it would be included towards any repairs. When the invoice was sent, I asked Bob if that was the best price he could give me. He offered to give me a $300 discount. Great! But he didn't bother telling me that the $175 would no longer apply towards the work. Typical bait and switch. So I was in fact getting a $125 discount. I decided to not move forward with the work because I don't deal with dishonest people. I wound up contacting All Florida Septic. They don't charge you to come out. Brownies had informed that to clear out our lift station they would need a vactor truck and the cost would be $1525. A different servicer told me that was overkill and I would have been ripped off at that price. I'd rather go down my self and scoop out the sludge with a spoon than deal with dishonest people like Bob Howard again.

We have been trying to dispute an invoice for over 1 month as they are charging us 2hrs of labor for something they stated in the invoice they do not work on & service. When we call their dispatch they always tells us that we need to call them for assistance to the same number ( What a joke !) then later after calling several times the accounting manager literally hung up on us & never called us back. We will be definitely escalating this as this is totally unacceptable specially when we spend thousand of dollars in a monthly basis & have used their services for our Resort. All Florida hospitality Business will hear this.

How do you rate a Septic Service? I can say that Brownie's was responsive, booked an appt within a few days, were on time, friendly, efficient and didn't try to upsell me. Price was fair, associate found access (which was grown over) and super nice.

I never used Yelp before to solicit a bid for work around the house, but Brownie's responded via email and we set the whole thing up super quick. The technician was here within 2 hours - just for a standard kitchen faucet replacement - and knocked it out easily - despite some curveballs thrown at him thanks to the original installer's work. I'll definitely use Brownie's again. Two thumbs up.

Wow.... what can I say? I called Brownies at 8 am on Thursday morning, and talked to the most delightful employee called Misty. I explained that we had a puddle of smelly water formed in the yard and that we were panicking over this. Misty jumped straight on things and managed to get us booked in for an emergency diagnostic appointment later the same morning. Within a couple of hours, Thomas arrived and got straight to work. He discovered a small septic holding tank at the side of our house, that we didn't even know existed. After a great deal of effort and perseverance, he managed to remove the welded on, metal septic lid, and found out that the system needed pumping out right away, and then a new Grinder-Pump installing, as the old one had failed, hence the backup we were experiencing. This pump pushed the waste through to our main City sewer line. These guys are awesome, and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Massive shout-out to Misty and Thomas. Exceptional Service. You guys have a customer here for life. Thank you.

I needed a new septic system system put in on my property due to an existing septic system being out of code compliance. The good - they were responsive and got the project permitted, scheduled, and I now have a working septic system. What I am not happy with: (1) I was given the final invoice when the construction started (~9/16). The site was covered on 9/21 and I immediately contacted my project coordinator with some concerns that day. She came out on 9/22 and sent a crew to fix issues with the site covering on 9/24. I got a certified letter that same day (9/24) warning that my property would be liened if I didn't pay. I think it is a rude business practice to send certified letter lien warnings while there are still issues being sorted out. (2) I think that the construction was completed in a """"whatever is easiest is best"""" manner with little care to how the resulting mound would affect stormwater drainage on my property. Maybe it isn't standard practice for septic systems, but I would have loved to see a sketch of where they were putting things and a calculation of how high the resulting mound would be in my yard. I was unpleasantly surprised by both where the septic tank was placed and how high the resulting mound was based on conversations I had had with the project coordinator. The tank was placed within code requirements but too close to my house, so the resulting mound traps water next to my house. When I brought this up to my project coordinator, I was told it only needed 2-3"""" of fill dirt covering the tank (whereas the drainfield needed 6-8""""), so it wouldn't be as big of an issue as I expected. However, the covering crew dumped 7"""" of dirt there, which I could compact to ~5"""". When they came back to """"fix"""" it, the crew argued with me that I didn't shouldn't remove anything and ended up relocating 8 """"wheelbarrows full"""" to the side yard, where they had to add more dirt to the old septic tank due to it not being compacted at all (my leg sunk to my knee in the old tank when stepping where the old tank was). Conclusion: I have a functioning septic system, but am unsatisfied by the the execution and the state of my yard post-construction.
