I reported him to the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and they told me to file a police report.

Simple meeting turned almost violent. This man is unstable and should not be in business. If you are considering hiring him after reading this, then you are just as insane as he is.

He is an incredibly bad listener. It was frustrating to give him directions on how to find me, and later his listening skills led to a meltdown when he misunderstood why he was there. I was shopping around for plumbers to give me an estimate on how much it would take to fix an urgent problem I had. He arrived late to find that another plumber was there who made a better offer, and he flipped out.

He started yelling and cursing, screaming at me, calling me a ""mother fucker"" over and over again. Then he lunged forward, fists clenched, inches from my face, to yell and curse some more. He moved like he was going to assault me. All of this was in front of my 2-year-old son, who was getting worried, as well as my wife and the other plumber.

He misunderstood every single thing I told him on the phone, and then just snapped and acted menacing.

I told him that if I saw him again, I would call the police.

He threatened me in front of my kid. There should be repercussions for that.
