Used Mark @ Brown Plumbing for a major plumbing repair. Their bid was 50% less than a nearby competitor. Mark and his crew did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. They were punctual( 8:00am every morning), worked late, and hit the job done. I highly recommend them.

Paul recommended them to Karen. Karen LOVED the work they did. Karen recommended them to me. I had tried 4 times to fix things under my house. I made it worse. It was no minor job this time. 2 plumbers did not returning my calls. At Karen's raving recommendation I called. These guys not only returned my call, they came out to see things that day. IT ALL NEEDED REPLACING, and they gave me an estimate. Great price. They came yesterday as scheduled (despite I expected they would cancel after 3 days of rain). They were fast. They were professional. They were courteous. I cannot say enough praises. So many issues showed up I expected to be reminded an estimate is not a guarantee. Paying only what had been estimated was another pleasant surprise. We have already passed their name to a friend who needs plumbing work! (Shout out to Brown Plumbing... you EARNED this raving review!!!! Thank you.)

Horrible customer service. Communication between the office and the field was off. The 'plumber' left the drain but loose and turned the water on and completely soaked our cabinets. I had to dry it up myself and keep a fan on it all night so it wouldn't ruin my cabinets. Then we have a leak after they leave and I have them come back out, same guy is pissy and denies it would have been him. Fixes the drain he forget to fix yesterday. I say let me see if it'll leak and he just leaves! Doesn't say a word to me. Just leaves. Do not use this company. Avoid at all cost. The plumber seemed completely out of sorts and incompetent.

Awesome to have a plumber only come one time that you can trust! They get it done and don't tack on all the extra charges at the last minute that I have had done to me in the past. Thanks guys!
