Excellent communication, a QUICK option to get an evaluation the SAME day, at overtime cost, but grateful for the option on the same day!! They came and diagnosed the problem, gave us a fair range of cost and came back within a couple days to complete the project and we were charged UNDER their quote!! I can't guarantee that will happen for you, but it certainly impressed us that they quoted higher and charged a price lower than quoted!!

We had a major issue with our plumbing and had called Black plumbing out twice. We were told to fix the problem would require a new line and it would be several thousands of dollars. We called Brown plumbing and Chris came right out. He did an outstanding job of quickly finding the problem and fixing it in a very timely manner. On top of that the price he charged was just unbelievable. He saved us SO much money! Chris is a class act and he will treat you right! Call BROWN plumbing when you need a good plumber fast!!
