My toilets/shower were completely clogged and needed to have my septic tank emptied and have my lines cleared ASAP. Called and they were able to come out same day Jacob and Stephen were extremely polite and explained everything they were doing and did not mind me asking questions. Would highly recommend them and will be using their plumbing services soon!!

I have been using them for 10 years for my septic tanks until my toilet got issues. They try to charged me $700 for 1 hour job and I was able to fix it for $350. Plus they charged me $125 for service fee. Stay away.

The owner is rude and unhelpful. I called for an invoice from previous work done on my home's septic tank. Not only would she not provide the invoice for me, but she made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her since ""the invoice has already been emailed to the client when the work was completed."" She told me it was none of my business- that she can't disclose work done for other people. The work was paid for by the previous owners during closing when I bought the house because the septic tank was having some issues. It's completely unacceptable to withhold this information and to treat customers the way she did. I will not be using their services ever, and I will also spread the word that this business is not one worth supporting.

Great experience from start to finish! Called on Mother's day because I thought my septic was full and over flowing. Bruce called his guys and tried to find someone that day, but was able to get someone out to me first thing Monday morning. Guy (the person who came out to pump) was very nice and was very patient with all the questions I had about the system, he took time to explain and show me everything. If and when I need help again, they will be the first ones I call!!
