Would give No stars If I could.
We had Browns plumbing replace a shower faucet at our property.
I want into the room a ND he was putting the knobs on the shower. My husband went in a half hour later and he was still working on putting the knobs on the shower, which should have taken 5 minutes.
The plumber then tried to charge us for 2 extra hours that he was not there; and finally said his work timer on his phone was faulty.
Now six months later the new faucet doesn't work and When I looked at the plumbing the faucet is just hanging loose inside the wall with the pex water line not mounted to anything.

This company is dishonest and does shoddy work.

I was having trouble getting the Universal Faucet installed in our shower. So I called Brown Plumbing and heating. They had a technician just finishing up in our area. He came right over and looked at the problem. He determined that what was needed was to fix the old faucet with the small Allen wrench he had and tighten everything up nicely. Now I can take the Universal faucet back to Ace Hardware as it is wrong for our shower and not needed. Thank you Jared for being so knowledgeable and available. And getting us back in good with our shower problem.

I am hoping I will be able to change my review. I hired Browns to replace the faucet on my soaking tub, which I had already purchased the faucet. The apprentice young plumber went a different direction said the water pressure was y he problem. My bill was $522.00 and my faucet still leaks. I believe the issue is the young man was not confident I changing the faucet in the soaking tub. I believe if it was water pressure my other faucets would of had a problem. I explained to the young man , I believe it was the faucet because it leaked from the first day it was installed. Which I have been in my home 4 years this week. it would Of been more integrity if the young man would of humbled himself and said I am not confident in changing your faucet out when he arrived, instead when he left he said if I change the faucet out it would take two people asi do not want to break your tun. Instead he left with a check for $522.00. I am NOT happy!!,, I do hope I can reverse this opinion. I do hope Browns does send someone else who is qualified.

Needed a new water heater. Called nearly every plumbing business in town and left messages. No one returned my call except Brown Plumbing. Came the following day and replaced the water heater. Very kind young man did the job. So happy I did business with them.
