I called Brown Plumbing & Heating on a holiday at 8am in the morning--they answered on the 2nd ring--I told them the issue with my water heater and they said they would have someone at my place within the hour! they showed up--diagnosed the problem and had the part replaced by 09:30am! The person--I believe it was John--was really knowledgeable about my water heater and told me it was still on warranty. Thank you for responding back so quickly and fixing it as well!
